Great company, I have the water bottles and hot drink mugs. Have also bought both as gifts. Engraving makes it more personal as a lovely gift. Gavin was great with recommendations and helping choose which item would be best. Will defo be ordering more

Recently received my second moon bottle 450ml travel mug. My trust previous one I mistakenly left behind. I used this mug every single day and it is brilliant. The second mug arrived but has developed a leak within the first couple of weeks. On contacting customer service via email, I received an immediate response, with an action of a replacement lid on its way to me. Can’t fault the product, can’t fault the customer service. Just brilliant .

Fantastic products and exceptional customer service. Browsing in the evening, I ordered two cups for Xmas presents and only later remembered my own 250ml water bottle which I've had for several years could use a new lid as it was dented and didn't screw on straight any more. I dropped an additional email to ask if I could add to the order and even at 10.30pm, Gavin came straight back to confirm this. My delivery arrived today and I am extremely pleased. Lovely new mugs, I got the black and blue, both really nicely finished. Thanks so much, great people to deal with and brilliant gifts.

Fantastic customer service. I accidentally wrote the wrong postcode on the address and spoke to customer service to see if I could amend this as I could see the bottle was pinging between mail centres. They were kind enough to send out a replacement bottle whilst the original slowly made its way back to them. Customer service was very fast and I had the bottle within 2 days of contacting them!

On top of that, the bottle is lovely. Perfect for what I want it for, easy to clean, holds a decent amount and all for a very reasonable price. I 100% recommend.

Finally the search is over for my go-to water bottle 😅 the design is so sleek and aesthetic! As well as being practical, with the handle and metal straw, my water stays cold for so long. Had to contact customer support after a small issue but was responded to so quickly and sorted out straight away! Would definitely recommend ☺️

I bought my Moon bottle 5 years ago and it’s still just as good. Had a small problem with a split washer in the lid. Got in touch with customer services who were so helpful and solved my issue without any fuss. I can now continue to use it for another 5 years hopefully! Amazing company and exceptional quality products

Lovely bottle and fab customer service! There was an issue with the lid of my bottle and when I raised it with the Moon bottle team they immediately dispatched a new one to me free of charge! I would highly recommend :)

We order merch for our construction site through Lynette. Communication was such a breeze and it arriving on time for our event was even better. Much appreciate the assistance, the bottle were and still are a hit!

I ordered 2 of the 1L bottles after business hours on 30 June and they arrived by lunchtime on 3 July, a great service. The bottles are super quality and trump all the other brands I have used over my 53 years of walking trips. Excellently packaged too with clear and concise maintenance instructions on their cylindrical boxes. They also came with a suitable bottle cleaning brush too. Highly recommended!

Insulated cup is the best I’ve ever had - keeps my coffee hot for ages.

Gutted when I dropped it and the lid cracked. Contacted the company to see if I could replace just the lid. They found my order (well, it was actually an order my husband made) and replaced the lid for free. Received within a few days. Brilliant customer service!

Just purchased a 500ml mug, keeps it hot for longer than the original but with the dumpy bottom it doesn't fit flat into the cup holder of the car. I tend to hit my nose on the lid when drinking. All in all I love the mug but prefer the original version.

Recently purchased Moon 360 thermal mugs, on receipt one was found faulty. Contacted the company who immediately sent a replacement stating they had a newer updated S2 version. This arrived next day - on testing the coffee was still hot after 5 hours in the cup. For me the only issue was that the newer version was 72mm diameter and only fits in one of the cup holders in my car (Peugeot 2008) Both style of cups are leak proof and have 360 deg drinking access, look very stylish. Great customer service - would definitely buy again.

Very impressed with this company. The water bottles are really good quality and come in different sizes - the smallest size is what attracted me to them in the first place, because it's just right for my handbag. Also incredibly useful is the fact that you can buy replacement lids for the bottles, which are similarly excellent quality. And the icing on the cake is that the customer service is second to none. Ten out of ten from me!
