I was initially concerned when I met Catalina because of our substantial age gap. She proved herself in a variety of ways. Being a very strong listener, well informed on any of the latest approaches and modalities available. And I am not an easy customer to impress. I am well read and frankly, a tad judgmental 😉! She retains information which was imparted from the very first session. She is personable and clearly compassionate in her approach and responses.

I appreciate how my doctor see's and treats me as more than just another patient, but a person, how down to earth she is. I appreciate her honesty and how open I can be with her about my current treatment, because for years I dealt with horrible treatment. Sepi is a true doctor that doesn't just prescribe, but actually listens as well as explain honestly about medications and treatment options. Scheduling is a breeze.

They replaced my provider, cancelled my appointment with no notification, then made it impossible to reschedule, and scheduled an appointment during a time I told them I couldn’t make it because I was at my grandparents’ funeral. Disgusting and useless. What is the point of a big corporate provider like this if they can’t accommodate schedules.

Don’t waste your time if you are needing a diagnosis or paperwork completed for a disability claim. Isn’t mental health treatment supposed to be something that is supported through the ADA? I wasted 6 months of my time with a therapist and I have no help now with my mental health disability claim and have to start all over again with someone new. Oh, I was also seeing someone for medication management and she just up and left. No communication whatsoever. I was left to fend for myself when I needed refills. Not very happy about that!

Hoag referred me to this company. It took over a month to get an intake session scheduled. After the session, I received a link for available therapists. When I clicked on it, it stated that no therapists were available within my network. I have United Health Care. Within the next 3 weeks, only two therapists became available. Hoag referred me to another company. Within 3 days, the company got me an intake session, gave me a list of available therapists, and I was able to schedule an appointment with my preferred therapist within 3 days.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a counseling service.

Before my wife’s appointment, she was required to agree to a $250 no-show fee. She logged in for her scheduled Zoom session and waited for over an hour, but the therapist never showed up. After I sent a message asking what was happening, She was told the therapist was having internet issues.

If a client misses an appointment, they’re charged $250. When the therapist is the one who doesn’t show up, the least the company could do is pick up the phone and call or send a timely notification. Instead, I was left waiting with no communication.

To make matters worse, after already waiting a month for this appointment, she was told to call back next month to reschedule. That’s simply unacceptable when people are seeking help and support.

Based on this experience, this is not a company I would recommend to anyone looking for reliable mental health services.

I got a great therapist. I was with her for about 6 months and they tripled my fees, just like that. They would not even discuss it. It was take it or leave it.

I took it because I was that happy with my therapist and I paid it for 2 years. She has since left the company.

Would I sign up for another therapist with this company? Hell no, Big Hell no.

UPDATE: no referral to another therapist. Abandonment?

Dani was very thorough, polite and professional.

I get the paperwork at the start of my session and my therapist gives me an ultimate that if the paperwork is not filled out with in the 1st 10 minutes of the session I will have to reschedule. IT needs to fix some bugs in the paperwork. It takes 4 tries to input your birthday. The check marks on the signing pop out and there is like 7 pages to sign. Talk about over kill. I do not like this process its very unprofessional. I don't know if I want to continue using the service. I need to think it over.

I was nervous going into this to say the least, but Mitchell had a calm and kind spirit that set my heart at ease!
Overall my experience was great!😊
