Parcel missing and replacement missing
Dont know if i have bad luck but my initial order didn't progress with evri and I emailed them after 5 days had passed but I was to wait until 7 days was reached which I understand as delays can happen.
7 days pass no further progress sent a replacement with dpd next day delivery now 48 hours and ive not received the delivery for the replacement.
Feel at this point a full refund should be issued as for 2 failed delivery attempts monterrain need to change delivery partner. Had similar situation with a competitor delivery going missing with the dpd courier but monterrain have handled it better so far but it does need further rectified.

Don't use this company!! Returned all items one of the returns was through royal mail next day delivery signed for as the inpost had a technical issue at the time. Even though this company exsepted my parcel back I'm 56 pounds short because apparently one of the items went missing ! How dose this work when the parcel they received back had a picture taken on delivery and showed the parcel had not been opened or tampered with.
I also need to add the quality of the clothing was absolutely horrendous it stunk of a chemical plastic smell from the polyester which I have never experienced before with polyester clothing and after just 1 single wash the logos peeled off and this was on a 20 degree wash !. I wished I read the reviews before purchasing I really do the customer service is absolutely awful too I have returned every single item I purchased which was 543.98
I have been refunded 487 how does that work ? ! Awful company avoid at all costs unless you want chemically smelling clothing logos peeling off and your money being stolen ! Awful company

I did an order with monterrain for over £260, the order has been marked as delivered by Royal Mail, although I cannot locate my parcel anywhere, monterrain have refused to refund or replace my order as they deem to have been delivered safely, which apparently was delivered outside of my house, they will not do nothing to help me in any way, so I have to wait 15 days at least to do a chargeback with my credit card, I’m so so frustrated, they have treated me like a criminal talking about fraudulent claims, but yet I haven’t got my order and they will not do anything 😭

Ordered a few things from here and everything that has been ordered has had a problem with the stitching…not a cheap brand either…spoke to customer service and absolutely terrible communication…again bought a pair of shorts put them on out of the packet and there’s a hole in them…terrible QC production!!

Having then spent half an hour on live chat, during which I was treated like a criminal asking about investigations and future orders being cancelled. I was informed that the item was out of stock and a refund would be issued within 10 days.

Avoid at all costs. Chasing a refund for items returned in January. I have spoken to customer service online and through email many times. Keep saying will process refund, but then just don’t. Anyone know the contact phone number for this company. Escalating claim and need phone number for form.

I ordered from the official website and everything arrived quickly via Royal Mail. It's a great warm jacket for skiing and walking in general, very warm and beautiful. I ordered it at a discount and paid around £40.

Awful customer services and won’t accept liability for parcel that I’ve not received when EVRI have said they’ve delivered elsewhere

Ordered tracksuit in November. Item never arrived. Customer service have said refund is coming for the last 3 months (many different excuses for delay) then just started ignoring my emails. Would never order from this company. No contact telephone number so can't speak to anyone in person.

Clothing is appalling
Clothing is appalling. Logo peels off instantly and on numerous products and customer service team is non existent. Live Chat on website does not work

Ordered numerous bits from Monterrain direct for the gym, arrived promptly and great quality kit for the price. Comfortable and good performance when needed. No faults with the service or website and arrived promptly. Highly recommend.

Placed an order and the returns portal didnt work, got intoch via instagram, spoke to someone competent and was all sorted and refunded within 5 days , ordered again same thing with returns portal, again sent back via royal mail the next person i spike to was utter rubbish , 16 days on still waiting for a refund and ive sent proof of postage they received it the day after i sent it back! Never again will i order from there!!!

Amazing service ordered on the 23rd of December in the evening via standard service for new year, came Christmas eve morning just 12 hours from ordering and the quality is great! Will definitely order again!

Can’t fault monterrain !!! made a £500 order over 2 week ago was stuck at Evri for 10days !!! considered a missing parcel got intouch with monterrain explaining it was a christmas present they shipped a new order out with DPD and arrived today 24th december thank you so so much !!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Order came fine, wrapped up for nephew for Christmas, when he opened (we visit early as we live hours away) the cheap lettering wasn't correct, it was missing the N. Made contact with customer services via the online chat which wasn't too painful and they arranged a return. I returned same day and since then, crickets. The live chat isn't connecting, you sit there for ages waiting for them and then it disconnects/reconnects and noone comes to answer. I've no present for my nephew for Christmas and no sign of the money either. Looking at the other reviews I won't be holding my breath. Will never use again

Order some cargo and t shirt order came no issues but i notice the zipper broke on the cargo sent it back contacted them 2 weeks later customer services were really rude saying there which is understandable 3 werks now still no refund customer servies said we already spoke to youll be refunded in due course the is company is a joke as soon as they get your money dont want to return it when issues with the clothing i wont ever be using this brand again 0 stars for everything just be aware when ordering anything from them

Ordered nearly four weeks ago and the whole experience has been a disaster. The parcel (of course) got stuck with Evri, and I had to chase Monterrain repeatedly via email and social media just to get a reply. I agreed to a replacement that never arrived, then agreed to a refund of £122…I’ve only received £48.
Terrible communication and unacceptable service. I just wanted the clothes for my son for Christmas, not weeks of stress and chasing.
