It is the quality of their merchandise that reigns supreme.
Every time we get clothing from them we are just impressed. And the cost compared to almost all other name-brands results in buying from Montella an easy decision to make.

Montella gear is extraordinary! I have two sets of bib shorts and matching jerseys and I love them. The fit, comfort, durability, and price are all fantastic! This gear is so comfortable that I decided to swap out my triathlon suit for my Montella kit in my most recent Ironman triathlon and I am so happy that I made that choice! A 112 mile bike ride was such a breeze in this terrific kit! After that, I bought more kit from Montella...

Montella makes excellent products at a reasonable price. They have held up well over many many miles.

Excellent prices; great selection--though it would be nice to see some of the designs I've seen elsewhere, I don't go elsewhere because I just don't trust the quality.

I've done at least 2 orders with Montella in the past, and will stick exclusively with them for the foreseeable future.

Sizing is totally off base. I am barely a 2x so I ordered a 3x cause I know cycling clothes are tight I figured it would fit perfectly. I could not get the bibs up past my thighs. Because I am a first time customer they allow you to trade for another size but if your not a first time customer you have to send it to Lithuania, which is more than what the article costs! I figured that if 3x was way too small a 6x should fit perfectly. It BARELY fits, I am not a 6x. The whole process is cumbersome - it shouldn't be.

Spoke to customer service regarding jersey sizing, particularly the length. Customer service confirmed the jersey was the length I had noted. When I received the jersey it was three inches longer than the confirmed length. They refused to acknowledge their mistake nor extend any effort to do something about their mistake. I feel I was baited into making a purchase, cheated and disrespected as a consumer. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Jerseys are extremely undersized. I purchased (2) jerseys, (1) one size larger and (1) two sizes larger than what the sizing guide indicated I would need. Neither would zip past my lower chest.

To exchange an item, you have to email Montella to receive instructions. They then reply to your email, not with instructions but with an option to exchange the items. My second email again asked for return instructions and an address. I'm still waiting on a reply.

I did read that you have to return them to an address in Europe even though their office is in the Orlando area and the original shipment is from Asia.

If you do purchase from this company, I suggest sizing up at least 4 sizes and start with one garment. Even then I think it's a gamble, especially when you can purchase Pearl Izumi for about $20 more. It might be a plain jersey, rather than a cool design, but at least you know you're getting quality material, realistic sizing and a company that stands behind their product.

We use Montella jerseys for my cycling team when we ride RAGBRAI in July, and have for the past three seasons. I am happy with the quality and customer service via email was very helpful.

Pessimi come gestione ordine e consegna. Ordine fatto il 13/05 n. ET3557), di una semplice maglia BDC, risulta consegnato il 27/05….peccato che io non ho mai ricevuto nulla e non sono neanche stato contattato dal corriere. Contatto il loro corriere che dice di non potermi dare il foglio di consegna sul quale dovrebbe esserci una firma…che non sarà sicuramente la mia! MAI PIÙ UN ACQUISTO QUI, sconsiglio vivamente!!

I ordered from Montella-cycling.eu. Received a cycling jersey not true to size and absolute cheap china quality.
Had to return the parcel from the Netherlands to an address in Lithuania which costs a fortune. I have returned it two months ago but never received my money back.
DO NOT BUY from them!!!
