Ignores own returns policy
I checked the returns policy before ordering as I was unsure of the sizing. When I emailed asking to exchange for a smaller size they replied pretty quickly and I was told that after reviewing my request they can only offer for me to send the T-shirt back and they will "only" charge me 50% of a new T-shirt in a smaller size. I replied with a screenshot of their returns policy showing the item matched the criteria for an exchange and I have heard nothing back. I have emailed again since and have still heard nothing. A very disingenuous company who don't follow their own policies and ignore customers emails when questioned.

Tempered Expectations
Shipping - Acceptable at 1 week. The tracking was not great. It stayed at the post office has not received the item until the day it was delivered.
Size - Medium as advertised
Quality - Good. Light weight Gildan tshirt. Appliqué - I knew it was probably an Appliqué for the price but like a few of the reviews I read it was puckered. Time will tell if it smooths out after a few washings.
Customer Service - I did not need customer service so I can not comment on this.
Over All - Satisfied with my purchase but they could do better.
