I would recommend money plus to anyone…
I would recommend money plus to anyone and everyone I know they are really there to help you. I am stress free because of them. I give the top marks for customer service. And top marks for well mannered, respectfully and the are willing and determined to help get you on track as stress free as possible. They are very honest advisers. They won't waste time tell what is recommended for you and also let you know what will not work and why. They are helping me and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to moneyplus. Thank you

This company has switched my supply…
This company has switched my supply without my knowledge . I have had the same supplier for years . My electricity will go off today as this energy company broke my contract with my supplier without my knowledge of anything . I phoned them they was apologetic and said they would sort it straight away I have had no reply. I will see a solicitor or citizens advice today as I feel this must break some kind of data law .

Having now looked into this matter properly we can see that this problem arose because we were given the wrong information during a switch process. Although you didn’t ask to switch, the energy meter number that we were given related to your property. It’s not right that this happened to you as neither you nor MoneyPlus Energy has in fact done anything wrong. As soon as we became aware, the regulated erroneous transfer process was triggered. Since this was brought to our attention, we have been working closely with you and your supplier to ensure that the matter is reversed.
