Jillian was super helpful and made my life so much easier! I needed some help with some systems and she worked with me and gave me the tools and knowledge I needed! A+. Always good to have someone who knows what they are doing And you can rely on!

I began with VoiceNation and was optimistic. As a small startup, I initially wanted to pay week-to-week, but I was sweet-talked into a monthly plan mid-month. They said it was the cheapest and best value for me. Little did I know, it was the beginning of a costly nightmare.

Fast forward, trying to cancel VoiceNation after they charged me an additional $450 felt like I had wandered into a scam artist’s den. Apparently, it takes a whole 30 days after they receive a cancellation email before they actually cancel your subscription. Why, you ask? Good question. Still no good answer.

So, 30 days after my cancellation email, surprise surprise, another $450 charge. I emailed again, demanding a refund for the unauthorized charge. The response? Crickets. Until today. Finally, I get an email saying: “Your cancellation request was processed on 06/07/2024, so the effective date is 08/01/2024. We are declining your refund request due to the policy you agreed to, which is on our Terms of Use on the VoiceNation website.”

Their “terms policy” was read to me over the phone at warp speed, a 10-minute blur that obviously concealed this ridiculous cancellation policy. I can’t recommend this company, unfortunately. Proceed at your own risk.

Tried this service for 3 months. I attempted to call my own company line 3 times and got no answer. I paid for an answering service that doesn't answer. Two other times representatives were yawning on the phone sounded like someone answers the phone in bed.

Very unprofessional, tried reaching out to customer service and this was no help. No credit, no courtesy to the customer considering business that is being lost due to their service. Very unhappy with the service and customer service.

VoiceNation's service has been very reliable for our restoration company. They do a great job of determining if an after-hours call is an emergency or not, and handling them appropriately based on that. It has been a very "hands-off" experience for our company, as it works automatically, without any intervention required on our part. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Happy with My Decision. My company switched from AnswerConnect in order to downsize and have a better customer support. I've had more support with VoiceNation in the past month, than I did 3 years with Answer Connect.

One month claimed I had 70 calls, which were coded as "dead air." My $60 bill went to $150+, and I called to address the matter. They claimed there was nothing they could do. It's a scam to make money. Excess of a month to be released, still paying, and no such information is posted on the website.

We are very happy with services. We’ve only had maybe 2-3 issues since we started with you guys and you have responded/resolved quickly- can’t tell you the difference between our old answering service and voicenation-night and day. I used to get weekly if not daily complaints about our answering service from our on call team members, and it was frustrating and inconsistent to change the on call list- the ease of changing the on call list is the best for me- I can do it from my phone in a few clicks. If you are thinking about changing services- I highly recommend switching to Voicenation.

Using VoiceNation has been great. From the original intake call to onboarding once I became a client, everyone has been kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

VoiceNation seems like the most thorough AND budget friendly receptionist service. They have a myriad of plans that can fit your needs, and I feel like my business is in very good hands when new clients call.

I met with Lauri the second day to finalize the onboarding process and go over the scripted responses for all the different scenarios and she was a joy to work with. She was also super personable, patient, funny, and it felt really nice to be meeting with a great person who I'm trusting my business needs with.
