Cannot thank Paul enough
Cannot thank Paul enough. After years of managing and jiggling money as a single parent this has changed my life for the better. Was a big decision to make but Paul explained everything, answered every text message I sent, no matter how silly. Everything sorted within 3 weeks. So glad I done this because of current situation and lockdown the last thing I need to worry about is money

IVA Advice and completion
Excellent service from start to finish. So efficient and everything was completed in three weeks.Rang feeling terribly ashamed and nervous and was greeted by James. Was put at ease straight away. Never once did he make me feel uneasy and explained everything for me so i understood. Talked me through things that i had to reply to on the laptop and couldnt do.
Would highly recommend. Nothing too much trouble.

I cannot recommend this service enough. I was struggling and getting depressed with never having enough money left at the end of the month. I took the step to contact Money Help UK by text and from the very start they rang me, told me they could help and explained everything in great detail. James Baker who dealt with me was wonderful, very friendly and made me feel at ease. He even lifted my mood with being able to make me laugh when all I thought I wanted to do was cry. I can not describe fully the impact that james has had on us as a family, he helped us navigate a very stressful situation that we had found ourselves in. James was Very understandable an excellent communicator, he was able to reassure us at every step throughout this journey.
