Honestly, the savings offered in our area were not very many. That was frustrating. I also had relatives that wanted to get a card that live elsewhere and we were once told the cards would work all around but then were told they don't so that was confusing.

BUT since then I have received emails directly from you the format used for donation collection. It is hard to describe how inappropriate this is... the school band is your customer. Not me. I cannot honestly recommend your platform.

You hide your cut because it is ridiculous
You do not disclose your cut, which public information says is an absurd 20%, and then you have the gall to charge users double the actual costs to process credit cards.
Hiding the fees is scammy. Stacking them without telling users is pure grift. What a disgusting and shameful way to operate a business that purports to help children.
