Poor value for the money
Poor value for the money. At least 20% of donations to a cause do not go toward the cause. The selection of items to buy is very mediocre. The very high shipping cost plus the extra "convenience fee" at the end was the kicker. Grabbing an extra $20 from people trying to help support kids was too much for me.

It was fairly simple to navigate and donate. However, I really have a problem being charged a "convenience fee" for using the website to donate.

Too complicated
Too complicated selecting option to make a donation. The name sounds more like a porn site than school fund raising site. Didn’t appreciate when it almost doubled my donation to upgrade to a silver donor.

There was no explanation of how the money raised was to be used, only a vague general statement. You would benefit your customers by strongly encouraging them to be more specific.
