No free bag and a hole

I didn’t receive a free bag with my tracksuit which i should have as your instagram advertisement suggest I would and my joggers came with a big hole in the pocket which is unacceptable for a £100 tracksuit

I have always liked Money since it first came out, I introduced it to my partner and he now has a great collection of clothes and accessories we also have an 11 year old son who love's wearing money which has now worn on to his friends wearing it too

My pros and cons with money

I love all the clothes
And I own loads of money clothing been a loyal customer and spent loads on money clothing , however the customer services are not the best as I have been called liar before by them (a woman) also emailed them just saying how much the company does for me and all sorts I just did not get a reply just an email back just a link to the shop thanks ,jay ward

Good quality clothing

Good quality clothing. Only had occasional issues with logo and no replacement in size. But Cotton is usually very comfortable. I prefer the subtle logo design. Just a bit over priced which stops me buying more items. Good delivery

Overall a very good experience, just had one little hiccup which was resolved pretty quick and easily!

Had a great experience the first time, it was simple to order online and the clothes came on time. I missed the order twice but there was no issue rearranging new delivery dates and times etc. Products came as shown on the website.

Second time around, I ordered a hoodie and a pair of tracksuit bottoms, which both had the same name, and said navy, but came in two different colours. The hoodie came in navy and the other one came in a dark purple shade, not matching the colour of the hoodie. This was the only inconvenience I had whilst shopping with Money, otherwise, a simple and efficient experience nonetheless.
