Ordered items that have not been delivered. Sent 4 emails now and no response and no number to call. Complete robbery

Love this brand for the great quality and design.BUT!!!!!!!!! Terrible customer service.
Do not reply to messages. Dont try to contact with them - it makes no sense.

Utter disgrace. I ordered a coat for my son and paid for next day delivery. As a doctor working quite hard at the moment, I knew someone would be in for the next day. This was last week. I’ve called and emailed Money Clothing several times. Despite their 48 hours response policy, I have heard absolute nothing back. These are simply criminals taking advantage of hard working people. Disgusting. Avoid unless you’re happy to be out of pocket and left hanging. I would also be VERY suspicious about the great reviews on here too. In my experience Trustpilot isn’t always very honest.

Discrase, My items haven't been delivered its been four weeks, cost of £70 to me, was meant to be a Christmas present. Iv emailed complaints department three times iv had no reply. Never buy from money clothing. What a con!!!

Initially I thought my experience was going to be disappointing as the voucher code did not take ‘Money’ off my bill , however the customer service dept redeemed this and acted very promptly in order to sort this issue out for me , well done guys ! & Fab Money tracksuit to boot .

Fast and efficient. Clothes are of very high quality

Bought a pair of Jean's for £70. Within a week a hole appeared by the pocket seam and another one on leg seam.

These are very poor quality and definitely not worth the money I paid.

Have emailed customer services 3 times and contacted via FB but still no reply. Telephone number tells you to email and then cuts off.

Ordered from this company when they had an offer on to get 50% off all orders. Placed order for my teenage son for Christmas. A week later, I had an email cancelling the order with no explanation.

Contacted customer services to ask why the order had been cancelled, and they advised me that the tracksuit was out of stock! Not surprisingly, no other offers available at that time, and no offer of an alternative tracksuit given. Just a con to get orders and then not fulfil them! Would not order from this company ever again now... the customer service team didn’t even bother to reply to my second email so I’ll spend my money elsewhere!!

I've bought a sweatshirt recently and the quality is top notch. Not a first purchase with Money and never disappointed. On top of that delivery was quick so that's always a plus. Would recommend definitely

Ordered from these guys when they had a sale, sweet tracksuit, for £75 you'd think the zipper wouldnt get stuck though.

Obviously i returned the item for a swap, but the DPD delivery driver dropped my returned item with a "Neighbor" after a whole day of misinformation and calls later they finally agree to send the driver back 2 days later to retrieve the parcel.

DPD says to go to money clothing for the stress caused, money clothing dont even have a support phone, they use AirBox fufilment to handle their claims, who say they cant compensate for DPD's problem, what a horrific waste of time, I will never be ordering from Money as long as they continue to use Airbox fulfilment(DPD) and will try to avoid DPD in future. Utterly ridiculous.

Ordered for delivery, parcel did not arrive from DX courier have reported two days ago and still not update as to where my clothing has been delivered to when I’ll get a refund or another delivery is to be made, spent money and it’s disappeared for my sons birthday! Not very happy with the non progress made so far!
