My husband has ordered a sweater as part of the Black Friday deals he then got an email to say the item was out of stock on the 16th of December, fine no problem picked another item which they replied saying they had to get stock from elsewhere but will send it next day delivery, fine no problem it’s now the 30th of December and no updates and no replies to emails. We have emailed to ask for a refund today, if you want money clothing try going to a retailer who stocks their items as you will probably get a swifter transaction

I ordered a sweater to my grandson on December 1st and still have not received the shipment. I have emailed and tried to call but the phone turned off. My grandson does not receive a Christmas present from Money.

I have been trying to call this company since 10am this morning when they open and it has just been ringing and no one answers. I ordered my clothes £180 worth and has still not been delivered its been 7 days and I paid for next day delivery!!! stay away from this company as they will take your money and not give you the goods!! and they never answer emails or the phone over 100 calls this morning and no pick up!!!

First time buying from Money, I’ll definitely buy again! Quick and easy transaction online, I lost the confirmation email so called up and they sorted it straight away, very friendly and polite British customer service. My order arrived very quickly, and wow I’m impressed. I love the women’s high waisted trakkies and the oversized crop top. The quality of the clothes is great. I am so impressed with the whole experience.

Money is a great brand I love the outfits it’s my go to brand. One thing I would like to say is I order a few months back and had to wait a week before I was told they were out of stock is there any way you can let your customers know if an item is out of stock as I had to wait a week to be told.

good product but the delivery was an absolute shambles and email update every day for 6 days saying item will be delivered sent to a different sorting office before it eventually arrived

Money clothing does what says on it,I have worn it for year and still do it decent quality and made to last and would recommend it had to buy a lot more in recent time as my two oldest have grown up there have stated borrowing it and not returning so had to buy some more that were found the app and it the best place to cop that gorilla 🦍 you be banana to go anywhere else
