I love the MondFX branding and the competition sounds great, but the dashboard is just too confusing. I spent 20 minutes just trying to find where to link my MT5 account. It’s not user-friendly at all. I hope they resolve this issue as soon as possible.

My experience with MondFX has been extremely negative and concerning.
From the start, their process raised serious red flags. They aggressively collect personal documents and push users to communicate through Telegram, which is highly unprofessional for a financial service provider.

After opening an account, my support ticket was completely ignored for over a week. Every time I followed up, I received inconsistent and contradictory excuses about why my account was not activated.

Only after I mentioned taking legal action did they finally respond — and even then, the response was vague and clearly intended to delay rather than resolve the issue.

More importantly, despite my explicit request to delete my personal identification documents and confirm this via email, they have taken no action. This is a serious concern regarding user data handling and privacy.

Based on my experience, this company shows multiple warning signs that should not be ignored. I strongly recommend others to stay cautious and think twice before trusting them with personal information or money.
