Shit product, accepts returns but customer has to pay shipping back to china. $70 for shipping a 20 dollar item. Scam Scam Scam

This company presents itself as high end, but it's average quality at best, and overpriced. In my case, I ordered medium size underwear and it's like extra small. There is no size indication on the actual underwear, so how would they even know if they've given you the right size? I contacted them immediately and for the past 6 weeks I have continued to nag them to do ANYTHING to fix this. They just keep saying they have "told their team and are waiting for a response." It's clear that they're just waiting for you to give up.

i waited over TWO month for my order which was said its delivered in 7-10 days.
then, finally, it arrived. all the pices are sized way too big and quality is very poor.
then i wrote the support to return my order-i should pay for every parcel on my own and i should declare the price for customs on 10dollars.. never ever again

I was left, for a month, thinking I had fallen for an AI imagery scam. But I DID eventually get the underwear I ordered and it DID resemble the photos in the ads. It just took a month because this is a Chinese drop-ship company. As long as you're fine with the wait, the products are of reasonable quality.

Charged me $50 for high-quality organic cotton boxer shorts Took 3 weeks to arrive. They imply that they are a US company but delivered sub-standard ill-fitting Chinese briefs that you can get for $3 on Temu. Fake, scam and to be avoided like syphilis. Learn from my gullibility.

Failed to deliver and when I requested a refund an AI bot just gave me fake shipping updates. Avoid at all costs!

Do not use this company. Complete scam. Clothing is so cheap Chinese poorly made clothing . They send you items that you didn’t order and charge you for them. Items that you did order don’t come. I have been back on forth with emails for 3 months now trying to get my money back. Not details of the company, just a email address that you talk with a AI bot. Just go round and round in circles on the emails. So frustrating.

Delivery took 5 weeks to arrive
Items are substandard and uncomfortable, then become more uncomfortable after laundering…complete waste of money and effort, wish I’d checked reviews!

Its a scam, no tracking, no goods, no money, do not trust this site

It's a scam company. It pretends to be a UK company, but it is, in fact, a Chinese company selling low-quality goods. When asked for a return, they make you pay for a super expensive trackable shipment to China (which is illegal in the EU when not clearly disclosed before purchase), and they ask you to lie about the value of the items (because otherwise "the package will generate customs duties").

BEWARE SCAM! 100% organic cotton advertized is in fact cotton+ elastane with poor quality made in china. Aspect is nothing close to the picture of the article for sale.

It's a scam site. They pretend to be brand from London but then you will receive poor quality underwear from China. No return available.
