Took my money, failed to deliver , and refused to fix their mistake
I placed two separate orders with MomoCharms in November.
One order arrived. The second never did, despite being paid in full and ordered well in advance of Christmas as a Christmas gift for my daughter
The 2nd package failed to arrive, the company claimed I had provided the wrong address, which is a lie. The same address was used for both orders, and one was delivered successfully. This excuse appears to be a convenient way to avoid responsibility.
What is most troubling is not the delay itself, but the company’s complete refusal to resolve the issue in essence. Despite repeated communication, and their "apologies" they have refused a new package or refund me. Everytime they find a different excuse. The last one is a bit funny because they said they used Google maps (!) to prove that i gave wrong address. As if i do not know where i live and receive my mail.
Needless to say they admitted the second package was returned to their warehouses!. Not only that but after a series of exchange of emails now they want to send me the original package and have me pay again for the cost......And of course no refund since it was my fault i dont know where i live! Its a scam.
As a customer, I did everything expected of me:
I ordered early
I paid in full
I provided a correct and previously used address
The company, on the other hand, has done everything possible to keep my money while providing neither the product nor a solution.
This experience shows extremely poor customer service, lack of accountability, and zero respect for customers, especially during the holidays. I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company, particularly if the order is time-sensitive or intended as a gift.
I am still out of pocket and without the product I paid for.
