the actual sign is very nice but you wanted me to review customer service.I have had to order my sign 3 times and still not right the first time was my fault I misspelled a name second time you spelled name wrong and was told would be fixed with better spacing and all in lower case but I did not request that change as originally I ordered to uppercase the first letters of names asked why it had to be all in lower case was told I had to send a picture of first order to prove that's what I ordered I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH SAME PERSON THE ENTIRE TIME her name is Rachel it's all in the emails well I was told rest assured it would be corrected but when I opened the box it's still wrong all lower case. You might respond to emails fast but not reading them all the way. Not having last sign fixed because I'm really tired of dealing with this will probably be wrong again. Won't order from here again

Although mistakes were made by both of us along the way, we stayed in constant contact with you until we delivered a perfect product to you at no charge. While we are not perfect, we do strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

I’m not completely happy with my purchase. For $99i think the metal used would be a little thicker. There were also some small bends on the one name and on the infinity symbol
