Jim is the best estate agent in the area, no shadow of a doubt. He has gone above and beyond - and further - to secure a house sale for me. Time has really been of the essence in our delicate situation but, once again, Jim has proved to be the best at what he does. His sales progression and communication is second to none. Dedicated, committed and fabulous
Jim is hard working, dedicated and a fantastic estate agent. We found a property that was listed with him, which we instantly fell in love with. Throughout the process, Jim has kept us well informed and has gone above and beyond to make the sale/purchase run as smoothly as possible. We have had several issues with buyers pulling out and a mortgage broker giving incorrect advice, Jim supported us throughout and put us in contact with other professionals who have also supported our journey, such as solicitors and a new mortgage broker! Jim has such a positive attitude to his work; he has years of experience and knowledge but most importantly he cares about his clients. We cannot thank Jim enough for the time and effort he has put into this process, and I would highly recommend him to all.

Jim at Maloney, truly fantastic agent
Jim at Maloney Country Property was such a fantastic agent, who went so far above and beyond to be helpful and keep the sale on track. I can not praise him highly enough for his assistance to both parties in the sale, truly a fantastic, compassionate and incredibly helpful person and we will always be grateful for all his assistance and advice through the process.
Also so nice to find someone you can trust, especially during such a stressful experience as buying a house.

Moloney Country Property is most definitely the cream of the crop amongst estate agents.
Moloney Country Property was very highly recommended to me by good friends. Jim most certainly deserved that recommendation.
He was absolutely dedicated to promoting my property and achieving an early sale - which he did. He works extremely hard, is very professional, friendly, courteous and has a sense of humour too! He was always at the end of the phone and ready to give any assistance required, in fact, often over and above what could have been regarded as outside his remit. He was constantly in contact, always kept me updated and did his utmost to ensure the whole process was as stress free for me as possible.
It was also always a pleasure to speak to the helpful and knowledgeable Lorraine in the office, who together with Glynn did an excellent job in marketing my property.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending MCP as they are a truly caring company who, quite rightly, pride themselves on providing an outstanding service.

Moloney Country Properties
From the beginning right through to the end of our property purchase Jim and Moloney Country properties were outstanding. Willing to go the extra mile, there was no issue that they didn't try and solve. Excellent customer service and great knowledge. As first time buyers we could not have had a better guide or a smoother process. If we come to sell our property we will definitely be using Moloney Country Properties.
