The worst thing i ever seen..i have more than 1 month trying to get a refund but they refuse and offer me first time 20% back and keep the product then 25% and then 30%..the problem is i really don
t know if i can get that 30% ..i will report anyway and make a complaint against this doggie company ...Don t evean bother to buy from them ..if i had review when i place the order was good but wasn t any review..

I wish we didn’t have to give them stars. I have a week and half to get their crap to them and still no address. I have turned this over to nub Attorney General to have them deal with the company. I suggest if you are in same boat please do the same. If we don’t take a stand against this company they will keep doing this. I love the 25% off your next order. No thanks I don’t want your crap.

Never!! Ever buy anything from this company. They are appalling. I bought some boots, took over a month to arrive and they aren’t even remotely like the ones I ordered - arrived rolled up in a little plastic bag and even had two different coloured shoe laces. I paid over £40 and they are worse than £6 jobs you can buy from primani. Everyday for weeks I have been firing off emails to China, demanding my money back. They ignored me for months but finally replied after I threatened to report them to fair trading ( blag). Seems to have worked to a degree, at least I’ve made contact. They are still refusing to refund me, have offered twenty percent off my next order - despite me writing I will never ever buy from them again - and so it goes on. This morning’s latest is they’ve offered me 15 percent of the purchase price back. Sadly, the only way to illicit any form of response is to bombard them with seriously strong, rude and persistent emails. I’ve repeatedly asked for the US company’s head office’s contact details to lodge a complaint - of course, that’s been ignored. It’s a thing that they offer ridiculous compensation as a favour to you, as they explain the postage back to China is too expensive. It’s all a rip off. Never buy from them . If there was a minus 5* rating I would have selected that.

I clicked on a shoe ad from Mollyca several months ago and ended up ordering a pair of boots, slippers and a sweater. The company said their products were made in the USA, had a full refund policy, and the items would arrive within 21 days. The funds were deducted from my account immediately but the items arrived 39 days later, (too late to give as intended Christmas gifts), reeked of chemicals, and were shipped from China, not the U.S. There was no return slip or any order documentation in the packages, so I’ve been emailing them, trying to get return info. After a week they responded, only to tell me that shipping the items back to China will be very expensive for me, so at first offered me 15% off a future purchase if I was willing to keep the items, (which of course I declined), and now after much negotiation are offering me 15% back if I just keep the items. I do not want these sub-standard and probably poisonous items of clothing. The boots are so full of chemicals that I’m afraid they will spontaneously combust, so I’ve had to put them in my garage until I resolve the issue. The sweater is the worst quality piece of clothing I’ve ever seen, arrived in a wrinkled ball, and looks nothing like the photograph.

Does Instagram do any vetting of the companies they are doing business with? Apparently not. I guess making money is the #1 concern of any and all Facebook owned companies, so I will never order anything off the platform again, and will make sure my experience is widely shared.

Ne vous faites pas avoir comme moi! J’ai payé près de 60,00$ pour une commande qui a pris des mois à arriver. J’ai finalement reçu les souliers commandés et ils étaient de piètre qualité, différents des photos sur le site et sans lacets. This company deceives people by posting well made shoes made in the USA at a good prices. The shoes arrived after 6 weeks after placing an order, and looked like the most hideous shoes i’ve Ever seen, with a string smell of chemicals. I threw them out immediately as I believe they were toxins. Please read the reviews before you fall into this scam. I’m currently disputing the charged with my CC company.

NEVER AGAIN ! It took 6 weeks to receive a pair of boots. No way to contact them in China - No tracking information - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. When they finally arrived, the man-made materials REEKED of chemicals and it WON'T go away. The heel came away from the shaft and I had to glue it / after about 2 weeks. Then 3 wks later, the toe of the sole came away from the boot NOT worth the $70 I paid. Stay away from this company and aggravation !

STAY AWAY FROM MOLLYCA!!!! I have been trying to get a return shipping approval and address from this company for TWO months. We have emailed back and forth with no resolution that I could possibly be ok with!! I started off requesting the return approval and address, they came back and told me "As our return address is in China. (the address on the package is not the return address of our office) We would like to offer you 25% refund of the item at most. Looking forward to your reply. Best regards, Bella" This was not, and IS NOT, an acceptable option to me. Like I said, I have gone back and forth with them and have gotten nowhere! This company is a rip off!! STAY AWAY FROM MOLLYCA!!!!!

The worst service !!! Never had such bad experience they took the money and delivered garbage :( please do not have them on your shoppi g list !!!!!! Please save yourself the headache !!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst company. First off it took months to recieve a purse and shoe's i ordered. They were suppose to be leather!
They are pretty much plastic or pleather and they don't look like the picture at all.
I could have bought bwtter stuff at Ross and spent a lot less!
Don't order anything from them!

Unbelievable. Over two months no return and no boots. I have never had such a horrific experience. I ordered my boots on 11/ 03/18. Three weeks went buy and no boots. I couldn't find a phone anywhere...but...I emailed the company. They said they were out of the boots and asked to be patient they were ordering more. Middle of December I asked again...their reply was the boots "probably " lost in the mail they will order again. At that point...I was just angry and I wanted a return.
I contacted them again without a reply. Next day I emailed again asking for a return. I get a reply from the company telling me they no longer make the boots I ordered...could I choose a different boot. No where does a Mollyca represent address my request for a return. Two and a half months and
no return. I feel like Mollyca just hijacked my $77.99. So Angry I could cry. I have never had this happen. I am at a loss for words. If someone has ideas I would be grateful. I have worked for years in retail and never experienced this.
I just want my money back.

I REALLY DON'T HAVE WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW MUCH THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! I've never left a review before in my life and I'm 56 years old. I ordered my boots for Christmas. I just got them after 3 emails after looking for hours for a phone number to no avail. It took over a month. I did finally receive an email after I threatening to contact the BBB. The response was very generic and probably auto generated. Boots are cute, but terribly made. They are glued together and the inside insulation is some type of substance that kind of looks like fur. After trying them on my black socks became WHITE. I will not send them back because I know I will never get my money back. I guess I will wear them until they fall apart which will be soon. Last, but not least, they were not in a box. Just a shabby plastic bag. $80 is nothing shabby. Lesson learned. I wish that I had read all of these review before ordering. MY STUPIDY!! THE VERY FEW GOOD REVIEWS must be owners, friends and family. SHAME ON YOU for taking advantage of us!

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Fraudulent company with terrible products. I waited weeks for my boots and they are so far from what the photo looked like. My apartment smells awful from opening the package. I’ve received no response from the company regarding returning this crap.

the boots I received were not what was pictured on the website, then the response from customer service took so long with repeated attempts at offering discounts rather than the return shipping address, and/or a refund that I was forced out of my 30 day return window. I wasn't sure if I was speaking with a robot the whole time or some devious business owner who knows how to rip people off. Seriously frustrated and irritated with the misrepresentation of the product and the "customer service"

I ordered three sets of boots one for myself & for my 2 daughter's for Christmas. I ordered them on Thanksgiving after numerous emails I finally received them the second week of January and they weren't what we ordered at all they were rolled up and shoved into my mailbox damaged stinky and not the same boots as the pictures whatsoever!! do not order from this site and then if you try to email them back that you are disappointed and want to return they will not respond back to you !! you can send about 15 emails and expect one response in 3-4 weeks and then send another 15 emails & in about 3 weeks later get another response! And then they tell you not to ship them back but they'll give you a 15% discount !! What a joke !! do not order from this company

I would not give any stars to this fraudulent site. I ordered two pair of winter boots for my trip. The shoes was not a true to size fit. The size on site states 6 1/2 to 7. The boots were more like a size 6, too small. I tried emailing them numerous times with no response. I got stuck with shoes that don't fit, what a waste of money!!!. I had to order from other site to get them on time for my trip.

Except the fait that the product arrived a month and a half after my order, and that the boots don’t fit my girlfriend foot who usually wears 6...

The product is almost the same. Looks very Nice but way too small.

The contact and discussion with the Shipment was very kind.

I expect to return and get another pair shipped. We’ll see how much will it cost.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered 2 pairs of sweatpants that were supposed to be a very soft material and a pair of loafers. I emailed them numerous times because the sweatpants were a gift for my bridesmaids bags. Once I received the items, almost 3 months after ordering, they were nothing like I ordered. The sweatpants wouldn’t fit an 8 year old and the loafers looked like they were purchased from Walmart. When i finally got an email reply about returning the items for a refund they said I was responsible for the shipping cost and it would exceed the cost of the refund. Then they offered 15% another order! Hell no! What a rip off! Never order from Mollyca. I informed Pinterest where I saw their ad. I hope everyone removes their fraudulent ads.

This company does not even deserve one star. The boots took weeks to arrive. When they did finally arrive after numerous attempts on my behalf to contact the company, the product did not look like the picture. I love boots and purchase many, these were the poorest quality I have EVER bought. They were plastic. After numerous attempts to return the boots, I finally had to stop payment in order to get my money back. My suggestion is to not purchase any products from this company! It seems to be a scam to me.
