DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
We ordered 200 worth of merchandise and only one little Top was of any use,m tried to send merchandise back and the package was never claimed at customs, not sure if they sent me a bogus address for return, now I am out $75 for the shipping plus $200 in useless merchandise.
Customer Service is terrible!!!!!!

Do not buy these shoes or boots. The insoles are made of wood, hard as a rock and the product comes from China. They suck! You will not be able to return the merchandise and getting a refund is impossible. I have been trying for 2 months now. These people are scam artists and will take your money. Please do not buy from this company. You will regret it.

This company is horrible! They sent me DAMAGED BOOTS that I could not even wear. The quality of the boots is poor as well. I started emailing them over and over again to get my money back. They would offer me a 15% refund and I could keep the boots. Over and over at least 30 emails back and forth, finally they gave me a refund but did not refund the $12.00 for shipping. It was the best deal I had received from these thieves, so I took it. Please learn from my mistakes.

Unfortunately I only saw ratings here after ordering from this company.
As I was not sure what size would fit best, I ordered two pairs of the same boots, but in different sizes.
It took many weeks for my stuff to arrive from China.
The two pairs do not look the same, and neither pair looks nearly as good as the photo on their website. The one pair is reddish brown fake leather with a thin sole and the other pair is a dark brown with thick soles.
These are terrible knock-offs and a total waste of money.

I found this company on pinterest. they have very nice pictures of boots I was interested in, so the first week of January, I placed my order that cost me $64.88. I took abut 3.5 weeks to finally receive my order. I opened the bag and was overwhelmed by a very strong toxic smell so bad that it would induce an asthma attack in a person with asthma!! (this is NOT an exaggeration). The boots look more like an elementary school craft project made with plastic and painted brown. There was no invoice, no return address, no phone number or email address, nothing. The paint job is so bad that I can see the color of the original material come through
I contacted the company immediately and my email was returned a few times. finally, about a week later on Jan. 28, 2019, I received an email from a person called Sophia who sent me the companies return policy. It stated in the policy that return items to the return address on the original package is not acceptable. she went on to say that it is very expensive to return items and offered me a 15% discount on future purchases.
I emailed back requesting a return address and immediately got an auto response saying that the company is closed for 5-7 days due to a local festival.

This morning, Feb. 10, 2019 I received another email from a person name Bella saying: "Considering the returning shipping fee might cost expensive. Would it be possible we reach a compensation agreement?
What do you think if we offer you 20% off coupon for your further order and you don't need to return it back. Maybe you can re-sell it or give it to your friend as a gift if it's issue. If you still confirm to return, please leave a message and you'll receive the return address."
I responded that I still wanted the return address and immediately got an auto response saying the company is closed for a 5-7 day local festival.

I'm sorry for the long review, but as you can see, this company is a Chinese scam selling toxic chemical trash and ripping people off. BE WARNED.

was lured in by really cute pics of products I'd normally like. Also the product was NOT cheap either ... and it came .... was a complete joke . Shoes that were like a paper product not leather not vinyl ... like cardboard and paper - laughable !!! and paypal would not back up my claim after YEARS of purchasing with paypal. Mollyca was totally a scam in dealing with my dissatisfaction as well.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IT IS A SCAM!!!!! This is THE worst company to purchase from. They have a bait and switch policy. You think you are buying one product and you receive another. When you try to return it saying that they didn't send the product purchased, they tell you it will be too expense to ship back to China (at your cost) and would you take a discount and keep the items. The items are cheap and wrong sizes, not usable and not what was pictured/advertised. I should have been more diligent in research. What a crock!~ It will never happen again. I even used PayPal to cover me but I lost $118 dollars and received a very good slap in the face lesson. You have 30 days to return the item(s), once received (in this case it took 23 days once ordered and prepaid), however, they delay you so much with these discount offers (15%, 25%, repeat, repeat, repeat) that it puts you past the 30 day mark and you are stuck. Appalling service (or lack there of) and if I could find a way to sue them I would. I notified PayPal and hopefully they will withdraw their support. I wish I would have seen the reviews on this website before I ordered from this company! I have had the same experience that others have shared. I saw a great looking picture online of some cute boots. I followed the link and was taken to what seemed to be a reputable looking website. Everything was in English, so it gave no clue that Mollyca was a Chinese company. I became concerned when I hadn't received the two pair of boots I ordered after three weeks. I went back to the website to see if I could get an update and that is when I realized the boots were coming from China. The boots finally arrived several weeks later. The boots were in unprotected plastic mailing bags. When I opened the packages, I was absolutely horrified. First off the smell overcame me, the shoes smelled toxic. I still have them (hoping they could be returned) and they still smell toxic weeks later. The boots looked like they were pieces of scrap material quickly sewn together. There is no way the shoes were a US size 8, not that I would have wanted to walk around in the trash shoes anyway, but I assume they are at least two to three sizes too small just looking at them next to a normal pair of shoes in size 8. The boots were supposed to have straps. Pieces of material, that I am assuming were supposed to be the straps, were by themselves, unattached to the shoes, the material/straps were unevenly cut, didn't have prongs for the buckle to go through the holes and had uneven holes punched. I, like many others with the same issues, first tried to contact the company. The first time, I got no response. I tried again and they responded in broken English telling me the return window had passed - they started the return window with the day I ordered - I didn't even receive the shoes before their return window closed! Then they said they would give me a 15% on future purchases - why would I buy from them again?! This went pack and forth, with long times between their emails. They kept offering small refunds, 10%, 15%, 20% and finally 25% with the caveat that I had to return the trash shoes back to them. I did look into sending the shoes back. It would have been very expensive to return the shoes to China and they would never arrive by the date they wanted them back. I even had a clerk tell me she wasn't comfortable with me shipping the shoes because they smelled toxic and she was afraid they were hazardous and it was against their policies to ship hazardous materials! I was stuck. I figured I would just have to write off the money I spent and just chalk it up to a learning experience. Then I remembered I used PayPal for the purchases. As a last resort, I did a dispute with PayPal. I made sure I included dates and facts in my dispute. I even included the link to this website and the reviews of the company, so they could see the pattern this company has doing the same thing over and over. The disputes were ruled in my favor! I ended up having a good outcome! I can finally throw away the toxic, trash shoes! I encourage the others who are struggling with getting their money back to keep at it, do disputes through your credit card, bank, PayPal or however you paid. Hopefully as more people share their stories, this company will be shut down or their business will be affected so much that they move on. I am also going to look into doing a BBB review, but I doubt they can do anything given this is a sham company in China.

I ORDERD A PAIR OF BOOTS WHICH WAS VERY CHEAP POOR QUALITY , TOTAL OPPOSITE FROM THE PICTURE. NOT TO MENTION THE BOOTS WERE TOO SMALL. IT TOOK OVER TWO MONTHS TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AND I REQUESTED THE RETURN ADDRESS AND A MONTH LATER I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET ONE BUT WITH ALL THE HASSLE I DECIDED TO ACCEPT THE25% REFUND. I'VE LEARNED MY LESSON AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

It’s unfortunate that you even have to give it a star. This was the worst buying experience I have ever had. The boots were not as advertised, the quality was awful and they had a terrible chemical smell. I tried to return them but first my email was undeliverable and then I did not get a response when it was delivered and I asked for a return address. I even contacted PayPal to see if they could help get my money back and got no response. BOTTOM LINE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY/WEBSITE!!

This is a scam "company" if you can even call it that. I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered a pair of boots in the middle of November and they didn't arrive until the beginning of January. They are horrible, horrible quality and not what they were advertised on the site. The boot heel was coming apart. So when you go to find out the return policy, there's an email address, which ends up coming back undeliverable. There's another email address and it took me emailing them 4 times before I even got a response. They are apparently in China and they bank on the fact that the shipping back to China is so expensive (they let you know that) and offer you a 10%, then 15%, 20% or maybe more if you make a stink about it. Their emails are apparently all written by people who don't speak English and all the correspondence is in broken English form emails just saying the same thing over and over again....they don't even read your emails to them. Why would I want to keep a defective pair of boots and only get 25% of my money back??? They are absolute morons and THIEVES!!! They sell awful products and then when you're dissatisfied and want to return them, they push you to just take 25% back and keep them. It's awful. Here's an example of an email.... It reads like spam..

I don't know how they are allowed to do business. They are thieves!!!!!

Beware to all! Mollyca is a scam and you will not receive the right items or the quality of items you ordered and they will refuse to give you the return address in or for you to return items for a refund. Horrible company. I’m file a BBB claim on them

I ordered boots from this website and I thought because they were a little more expensive than the standards Chinese website ($45 & $60), the quality would be good. Boy was I wrong!! They are your standard Chinese website, great pictures, takes forever to get the merchandise & good luck returning if you don’t like it.
When I received the boots the quality was so horrific, I just kissed the $100 good buy. Once I saw it was from Chinese website, I know the drill. I’m just so disappointed, because the pictures look so good and the quality of the pictures look amazing. Couldn’t be further from the truth.

Sadly this was very bad though there is still time for Mollyca to redeem themselves. The items received were the wrong size, one was very late arriving. It took many emails to get a return address from Mollyca. I now have to pay for the return of the items to China, although this was not made clear when the items were ordered and delivered from within the UK. I have received no refund as yet and unless I re-post that I have done I would advise you all to avoid this company at all costs.
Mollyca did eventually, months later, refund the cost of the goods but not the £20 cost of returning them, which had to be to China, which came as a shock.

Ordered a pair of leather winter boots from MOLLYCA. They did not arrive for 7 weeks, and then I found out they were not real leather but vinyl. I requested an address to return them, and then the rip off began. They offered me 10% refund and opportunity to keep boots, I said No that the boots cost me $60 plus shipping. This went back and forth via email for about a week. Their final offer was 25%. I said No and then was sent an address, was told to send via USPS, enclose photos of boots, package I was mailing, yada, yada, yada. At this point they had me. Guess 25% is better than nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM MOLLYCA

I don't even know where to begin with this company...If I could give them negative stars I would...The boots that I got compared to the ones that they advertised was night and day...I would not even give these boots to the homeless...I hope that I can at least use them as mud boots or something...The picture of the boots they advertised were leather and high quality...The boots that I got were the cheapest plactic...It was terrible...And when I tried to ask for a refund or send them back I was involved in a never ending circle of them trying to offer me 15% off my next purchase!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM you will inevitably get something of less quality than they present online...

If I could give negative stars I would. My experience is like everyone else. False representation of the product. The pictures you see on the website are what you will get. Only way to contact customer service is through email and it's awful to say the least. I am filing a class action law suit.

Buying from this company has taught me that I will never buy without reading reviews. I received unwearable shoes and it was impossible to return the item. I’m out 50 dollars and I threw away the shoes.

They do not respond. It took a month to receive and they shipped the wrong shoes. They will not respond. I’ve sent 5 emails! Do NOT buy from them!!

I made the experience like all the other folks writing about here.
It took month es until all parcels arrived.
The shoes were way to big.
The "quality" of the shoes is horrible.
After a couple of times contacting the customer service, they did send me an address for returning the items, but I don't really know what to do with this address (as they don't send me a valid return Label) :
