Great shopping experience; awaiting shipment and product for the 5th star.

I was supposed to be able to use a discount code and was promised that it would show up at checkout which it didn’t and had to pay full price. Bait and switch for sure and I’ll let others know about this. Really sleazy.

The credit card we use daily, the bank that has over $190,000 in it was rejected three times by your company. First time ever. To buy the item I had to use another card we keep as JIC, it was used only for the second time. I called the card company and there is no problem with my card, in fact I just came back from the dry cleaners and gas station without a problem. Hence, I will probably never use your company again.

Your company is responsive and are eager to service their customers.

THE PRODUCT LOOKS GREAT BUT THE DISCOUNT WAS A LITTLE MISLEADING, AT A FIRST GLANCE IT LOOKS LIKE BUY 3 GET 20% DISCOUNT AND WHEN YOU BUY YOU REALIZE THERE IS 20% DISCOUNT ONLY FOR THE 3 RD ITEM. I KIND OF FELT CHEATED.

Ease of ordering

Garbage, completely polyester, stitching is crooked and cheap. My lesson for buying and giving them my money.

Terrible experience - order took two months to arrive. After one month I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. They refused, and eventually offered me a 30% refund because I had opened a case with paypal (my payment method). Eventually the items showed up and the case was closed, so now I am stuck with three items that are horrible quality, look nothing like what was on the website and arrived so late that I no longer needed them anyway. I would try to return them, but I know I will not get my money back. Very deceitful and dishonest company.

Esy order and great selection.

Bought two shirts, one polo was made so inferior it was laughable. The service department would not let me return shirt unless I took a picture of it and explain why I did not like it. Would have to return at my own expense. Poor quality, poor service, sham company. Don’t waste your money on there products.

I give 1 star only to warn people, the quality of merchandise I ordered was not even close to what I received, some cheap mass produced shiny crap. They have offered to return only 40% of my purchase price. Their return policy states merchandise must be returned to China at your cost. Run!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Customer service response time is extremely poor, and it takes forever to get any kind of meaningful help. My order took far too long to arrive, and when it finally did, the quality of the clothing was terrible — cheap material and nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, the return policy is misleading and not honored the way it’s presented on their website. Overall, I would not recommend buying from this company.

I was in the fashion and clothing industry many years ago and I actually stumbled upon Mokaloha. Style, colors, cuts look good. I just purchased an order and will see how the fabric is. It looks comfortable. If all good I’ll definitely be filling my wardrobe with this brand. Ordered from the website and went really smooth and super user friendly. Mahalo

Actually, I wanted to order two Henleys, but I gave up after all the aggravation I experienced with just getting one ordered.

The product is very well made and my grandson was thrilled with the shirts and the colors. He liked the collar and the pre-washed look very much. His brother wanted some too, so there is a second order.

Seemed to me you were giving me a discount to get my email and then i not only didnt get a discount, you hit me with a nine dollar shipping fee
