Easy to navigate site… what is your exchange policy in case sizing is off?

Cheap Chinese scam. Clothes were cheap and flimsy. Tried to return my order and was given false address. Package was lost somewhere in China.

It was simple and easy to place an order, put it on the charge card etc. The merchandise looks great. All is a 100% POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

I will likely never know which is worse: this company or the shipper they chose to use, UNIUNI. My order wasn’t shipped for over a month. I tracked it and when I expected to receive it, I received notices that it was either undeliverable or that they missed me. This happened SIX times! I work from home and live with 24/7 caregivers. There is literally somebody home all of the time! When I finally gave up on ever getting my order, I reached out to MOKALOHA and was offered a 50% refund or a reshipment for an additional $10. I’ve requested the refund, but am not holding my breath. Oh, BTW, pretty sure “Kyle” is a bot…

Probably the worst shirt I ever purchased . It looked nothing like the picture. Also the material was terrible thr shirt look like it was in a bad bruce lee movie they also sent me the wrong size. Snd oy took 3 weeks to arrive. Buyer beware dont order. It was so bad they gave me a full refund with out the return of this junkie ass shirt.

Using Apple Pay should populate the fields and avoid having to enter address etc. I nearly abandoned the cart from suspicion around the experience.

I really liked the layout of the items I wanted to view…sizes, various colors available and the cost…I base my purchases on how often I would wear the item and where I would wear it to…I can say, this item will be worn often…

Decently priced casual clothing.

Received 2 sweatshirts. My husband did not like them after about 6 emails Kyle said he would give me a 30% refund. They were brand new in the package. Worst customer service I have ever recived. I will report to the proper authorities.

This seller does not allow returns and only wants to give partial refunds! If you want to return it has to go back to China at a cost more then what was paid for the product!

Ordered a Men's Quarter Zip Distressed Washed Cotton Zipper Long Sleeve Sweatshirt in a navy blue. After almost 3 weeks a shirt finally showed up. Made from some kind of slippery synthetic material with white stitching and white zipper. Nothing like the item I thought I ordered. I have not yet contacted their customer service.

This was from an add that frequently shows up in FB. I think Meta should require advertisers to divulge what country they are based in and where they ship from.

This company is a fraud. I was promised a 15% discount via email and confirmed that I would be credited back by their customer service and now they are denying it. They have bad business practices. Do not purchase from them.

Kyle was always polite and patient. I did appreciate his understanding.

The clothing looked nice and loved the colors. Looking forward to actually getting the products in soon. This is a very long wait and does make you think twice before ordering. Especially for a gift.

I ordered a great looking long sleeve “L” Tee shirt…it was just too tight on me…emailed Kyle at Mokaloha customer service immediately to exchange “L” for “XL”.

Kyle came up with an excellent solution quickly and professionally! He explained the simple process and I await the replacement “XL” long sleeve Tee shirt! He said donate the “L” Tee to charity!!! Will do!

Bottom line: terrific, unusual looking clothing and terrific, professional customer service!!!

I ordered 2 shirts. I got one and it was not the one I ordered. I ordered button up and got 3/4 front.

So far so good. Once I receive my order I'll follow up.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE AND A RIPOFF WEBSITE!

I ordered tshirts and shorts from Mokaloha.

The tshirts have a caustic, chemical smell that cannot be removed. I'm not sure if it's the dye they use or the process used to give them the worn/distressed look. I've soaked them for 48 hours in a half bottle if Gain scent booster, I've hung them outside for two weeks, I've tried baking soda in the. washer water and NOTHING removes
the nauseating stench.

I ordered two pair of shorts. On their website the show models wearing the shorts which stop a few inches ABOVE the knee. The shorts I received went down half way between my knees and ankles!

I requested information on how to return just the shorts. Their reply was an offer to refund 20% of the purchase price! Their website states refunds will be given up to 30 after delivery date. My request to return was well within the 30 day windows. I will be contacting my CC issuer to investigate Mokaloha for CREDIT CARD FRAUD.

You have been warned.

I wish there were more shipping options. Like faster.
