Mokaloha Omdömen 

Previously, I ordered 2 pairs of pants that ended up being the wrong size. I have received 1 replacement and am waiting on the other. I hope I have ordered the correct size with this new order. The process and products are great!

Placed an order November 2025. Order arrived and product was miserable, look like it was made in a sweat shop. Mokaloha would not accept return of items or refund 100%, negotiated a 40 % return and we would keep the items to give away. As of today March 7th 2026 we have never received a refund and they have not responded to any emails. They use the name "Kyle" in correspondance. Total SCAM!

Size charts are a bit confusing and in some cases the shirt chart is listed on the pants. Might be nice to know “if you usually wear ___ then you are a XXL” for example

Still waiting for a return/exchange and no response to my request for delivery date...has been well over 4 weeks. Buyer beware!

almost seems like a scam. More than one week after order confirmation and full payment, order not shipped. Several queries, the response “ we are urgently preparing”…. ridiculous if you ask me.
Pretending to be Hawaiian, products obviously sourced in China, and now, following 10 days since order and payment, no shipping confirmation.

Buyer beware! If you want to return an item, Mokaloha will not give you a 100% return. They will offer you a 30% return and "allow" you to keep the item you didn't want.

It was an easy way of ordering and figured I'd give this company a try. Products look very good. Advertising was good and the pictures were very good.

I ordered two two-piece suit sets and in both cases the top clearly did not match the bottom, in both color and texture of the fabric. It also took a long time for delivery, which came from China. When I asked to return them for a refund, I was told I would have to pay for the return shipping, it would be expensive and take a long time. I was then offered a partial refund, which I accepted, but I will not be shopping from here again.

Very easy process. I have made prior purchases and the quality met all expectations.

Horrible quality. The shirts we ordered looked nothing like the pictures. Cheap and awful shirts. Trying to return or get a refund was impossible. Customer service sent a few insincere emails then quit replying. I would never order from them and recommend everyone else avoid them too.

One of the worst experiences I have had in buying a product. I ordered 2 denim 1/4 zip tops - gathered at the waist like a jacket. The both came unhemmed and one had a huge white mark across front where dye and not covered it. I asked for a return for both since they were not like the picture I ordered from. He(KYLE) said the mark was from natural washing as if that’s okay. A big white mark down the front. After several Emails, he said I could return both - I was charged $9+ dollars for shipping to me but would have had to pay $250-400 to return to the China address he gave me. As it turned out, he refunded me for one shirt, no second, no tax or shipping. Venture into this company at your own risk.
