shipping was fast
shipping was fast, communication easy and nice. Only problem is the shipping company (DHL) in Spain, drivers are not proffesional and leave the boxes in the first DHL shop they found instead deliver at the customer address

You as a store are very ok, but PostNL is very slow and the site is blocked and the parcel arrives very hard.
As a suggestion, maybe it would be better in the future to send with a more professional and faster courier, like UPS, DHL, etc.
