Really enjoyed my experience with Mocka. The bed was pretty easy to put together and looks fantastic in my daughter’s room. Communication and dispatch were also prompt. Thanks Mocka will be buying again!

Great service and products
I ordered a couple of items from Mocka, my address is new so not available in all search engines, someone from the team in Christchurch rang me to confirm the correct address which was reassuring. The items themselves were solid and good quality. They were more complex flat packs than I’d assembled before but the instructions were clear and methodical, I was able to put them both together on my own. Would recommend!

Baby’s Room
I ordered 5 items, 4 arrived quickly as they were in stock and the 5 item was clearly communicated with expected time frames and when it was dispatched from the warehouse.
Items were easy to assemble and instructions were clear enough to understand. They each came with safety straps which is important for younger family members safety. Items were high quality for a reasonable price. It has completed my sons first bedroom and I’m so happy with how it all turned out.

Satisfying experience
Our previous dresser, which we had purchased about two years ago, recently became unusable. Although the 1-year warranty had already expired, we were impressed by the excellent service we received under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We were given the option of store credit or a similar replacement, and we decided to go with the store credit.
Using that credit, we purchased a beautiful new dresser that we absolutely love. The magnetic drawers are such a clever feature, and the design is truly outstanding. We’re extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this store. We’ll definitely be back for more furniture in the future!
