This is by far the worst building experience i have ever had.
But lets start from the beginning,
In May this year (2025) I orderd two sets, a small Head from LOL and the Thunderjaw from the Horizon Franchise and while the Designs look pretty and well done on the website, in reality its a mess. Anyway i waited almost a Month for the sets to arrive, didnt came. I reached out to the customer Support and after a day they confirmed the order was lost. Great..just great..anyway they send it out again and finally after a week the Bricks arrived.
The Qualitiy of the Bricks is actually good..no production mistakes looks like real Lego, however one or two bricks were a little dirty..dont know where that came from.
The Instructions are a absolut nightmare.. I may never recover from this..the way they sometimes show the Bricks makes absolut no sense and importand steps are not even shown. Wich is horrible when you have a bigger Set to build like the Thunderjaw.
Speaking of horrible, the construction design is..worse than anything i have ever seen...there are Bricks constanly falling apart, nothing really holds thight and sometimes a piece of a Brick is in the way for another piece.
Its..Its terrible i dont even know what to say..and even worse i had 6 Pieces missing and no i did not build it wrong (wich honestly by this excuse of a Instruction PDF, I wouldnt be surprised if I did)
I would HIGHLY recommend to NOT BUY from this store and give them your precious money. I know real
Lego is expensive and such but at
least you know you get what you
payed for.
Anyway after 3 Days of hard intense Labor and a LOT of glue the Thunderjaw is finished however it does not stand on its own, so ill have to find something to prop it up.
Do not make the same Mistakes i did and do not waste your life with this.
Have a good evening, and dislike goes out from Germany to MocBricks/ Mockbrickland.

The article only got shipped after I opened a Paypal case.
The product is fine but my data got leaked an I got a fishing mail with personal information.

Scam
I ordered the moc Pegasus. It took a very long time to get to me and the tracking was horrendous. It arrived with no instructions even though it says on the website that instructions will be emailed. I contacted the company many, many, many times and have gotten the run around and I still have not received any instructions. I have a lot of legos with no instructions on how to put them together.

Lack of information and infinite delays
I ordered a set on the 5th December 2022, it said it should be ready to be packaged and shipped between the 21st to 27th December, after multiple emails and asking for information, all I keep getting is that "it hasn't ready to ship yet", it's now the 20th January and my order is still on hold, I am absolutely furious

$300 order, no tracking, no deliver, no response to our emails anymore.
We ordered 3 sets from MocBrickland on March 31, 2022. We received the $13 dollar set right away but have not received the two other sets, which were over $300 with shipping! These were gifts for our very sick daughter but they will not provide us with tracking info and they have stopped answering our emails. I cant believe that they scammed us out of $300+! I hope I can update this soon with good news but it looks like we have been ripped off. BE WARNED!!!

a ripoff company?
I ordered from them and paid thru paypal...first they said free shipping then A shipping charge of $58.11 shows up on the invoice...$246.53 total. They sent an order confirmation but no tracking number and no answer to many emails (6 so far)trying to find out what the status on my order is...or if it even exists. this started 3/27/2022 and still no reply 4/18/2022...

An indeed awesome online shopping experience with LEGO MOCS Store
The recent experience did I have while shopping online with this shop were beyond awesome. For a really rare time could I see that many exquisite diverse kinds of bricks toys and it was truly hard to pick out some for my little brother. Luckily people working there were indeed helpful and friendly and patient with my broken English. Thanks to them, could I get my little brother some really cutie bricks toys and Mom is happy as well to see him having fun playing with those bricks toys.
