Mobius Studios Omdömen

Project left incomplete despite substantial payments

VOLTEK hired Mobius Studios to develop a complete connected security product, including mechanical design, electronics, firmware, prototyping and a companion mobile application.

The project was structured around several milestones and we made substantial payments throughout the development process. However, several important deliverables remained incomplete or were never delivered.

In particular, the product casing was not delivered, the companion application was not delivered, the firmware provided could not be fully validated, and we never received a complete functional product ready for manufacturing or commercialization.

We followed up repeatedly and ultimately sent a formal notice requesting completion of the outstanding work. Despite this, the project remained blocked and communication eventually stopped while major deliverables were still outstanding.

The initial proposal appeared professional and comprehensive, but unfortunately the execution did not match what had been presented or agreed.

Based on our documented experience, we would not recommend Mobius Studios for a similar product development project.

A big thank you to Haseeb and Mobius Studio for their excellent work on our product design. They were highly attentive to our technical needs, handled revisions smoothly, and delivered retail-ready files that make transitioning to mass production much cleaner. They are true professionals who care about the commercial success of your project, not just the drawings. Will absolutely work with them again!

Mobius Studios is the gold standard for professionalism. The communication was clear from day one, and they hit every milestone ahead of schedule. It’s rare to find a team that is this technically proficient while also being so easy to work with. They made the entire process stress-free and delivered a final product that exceeded my expectations.

Work was done quickly. Quality was excellent.

Haseeb and his team hit the ball out the park on our project and went above and beyond. They did a great job of communicating throughout the process and in the end came up with a great solution in a timely manner. Nothing more you could ask for.

A great team, of talented artists with the minds of engineers. They are east to work with, produce high quality work, and have a command of so many different suites of software and technical approaches.

Working with Mobius Studios was an exceptional experience! Their team delivered stunning, high-quality 3D animations that brought our vision to life and exceeded expectations. From concept to final delivery, they showcased professionalism, creativity and an incredible eye for detail.

If you are looking for a reliable and skilled 3D animation agency, Mobius Studios is the way to go. Highly Recommended!

I have work with mobius studious for a couple of months and they are so polite and helpful with my animations. Explained all shots and the next procedure very well. They are organised from planning to designing my animation step by step. Im truly impressed

I approached them with a unique concept that I was passionate about, and they took it to new heights. Their team's creativity knows no bounds; they infused my project with imaginative elements I never even considered. The animation was not only technically impressive, but it also had a warmth and charm that resonated with viewers of all ages. The process was collaborative and fun, with frequent updates and opportunities for feedback. I particularly appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The final product was a masterpiece that has garnered rave reviews from everyone who has seen it!

They were great to work with; very knowledgeable, and delivered as expected. They listen to your vision and ideas. They give you suggestions as well. Great to work with and they do excellent work!

Top top level!

Haseeb and the team at Mobius did an exceptional job of outlining the project deliverables, milestones and communication plan for the job which made the experience less intimidating for a neophyte to animation project contracting. And the end result exceeded my expectations.

Mobius team was very punctual on timelines, responsive and detail-oriented until the end of the project. I will definitely opt for their service in future.
Thanks again!

Mobius Studios developed a new product launch video for me. From the initial interaction to the final approval, they were very thorough. They took care during each step of the process to be sure that I was getting the outcome that I wanted. They did multiple changes and iterations to be sure it was exactly what I wanted. Additionally, from our conversations they intuited what would work best on video regarding the product features that I wanted to highlight. In the end some of the additional elements that they incorporated were more than I had hoped for- they added a products deconstruction scene and a close up of product movements. I am very happy with the end result & will use Mobius again.

great work, plus fast and clear communication.

It was such a pleasure working with the team at Mobius Studios! From our initial call until delivery of the final product, they were patient, accessible, punctual, open-minded and determined to provide a finished product that I absolutely loved. I was truly blown away! I know our brand will stand out because of their wonderful artistry and vision. Thank you both and I look forward to working with you again soon!
