Although they did not have the item I wanted in stock as per my order. Once they notified me they rectified it by offering free Express shipping to make up for the lost time without any arguments. Once shipped arrived promptly. Love my product and an enjoyable experience with MobileZap. Would highly reccomend shopping here. Thanks

Some products are good quality, others can be quite hit and miss. Postage options could be better, You have to pay quite the premium if you dont want your order to take 3+ weeks with no tracking.

Overall they are quite alright.

Great company with a diverse range of products. Shipped from overseas so don't expect quick delivery. Product arrived looking and operating just as I expected!

Fast service, product as shown, had a question and got a very quick email response. Was very impressed overall. Was surprised when got an email saying goods coming from UK but did not seem to make them any slower than if in Australia. Great company to deal with.

I have never had an issue when buying from MobileZap, if a product has failed, or has not been suited to what I purchased it for, I have simply sent an email, the faulty product has been replaced without hesitation, they haven't requested the faulty item back, saving time and money.

As for items I have bought hoping they would suit the purpose for which I bought, and they haven't done (In essence Change of Mind), I have contacted MobileZap, told them and again without hesitation, they have told me to return the item, and I have received a full refund.

Easy to order, email notification when item had been dispatched. I didn't pay the additional charge for tracking but received item ahead of time so was pretty pleased.

MobileZap are a great company to do business with, so glad I found these guys. I buy a lot of stuff online so it's nice when you find a good supplier at the right price with good choice and great prices, very professional service from the start to delivery, my order was shipped out very quickly and arrived ahead of time. Really good packaging and the correct product first time.

I have ordered from mobilezap a few times.

Twice, I have been dissatisfied.

On the first occasion, I did not receive any item that I ordered and had to claim the money back via PayPal.

The second time, more recently I purchased a Huawei mate 10 Screen protector from the Web page which stated it was the Huawei mate 10 protector (as opposed to the Huawei mate 10 Pro).

I received a Huawei mate 10 Pro screen protector which is of no use to me. Customer service stated that they sent the correct item and I could purchase another one for the same price.

I asked if I can return it and they stated that I would have to submit a return ticket.

I never received a response after three weeks from submitting a support ticket so I raised a claim with paypal.

They determined that I needed to send the item back via tracked postage to receive a refund.

I found out that postage for my $18.99 product was $28.99 at the cheapest to mobilezap (who are in the UK despite having a .com.au website and therefore a loss of $10 would be suffered by me to gain a refund.

Mobilezap have no customer service and their tracking record for item delivery is very bad.

I do not recommend putting yourself through the hell of buying from these people.

Fantastic, fast service. Said it was out of stock but was sent almost immediately and I received it 5 days earlier than thought. Very good product it works so well in my car and feels like it is made to last.

I purchased an "Official Samsung Galaxy S7 Flip Wallet Cover - Gold", the item was approximately 1/2 the price of anywhere else either online or in retail shops in Australia. Shipping was free and fast and the product was delivered in perfect condition.

An excellent phone holder, sits well on the windscreen & is easy to adjust, Best one on the market.
Would not hesitate to purchase another one.

I have purchased items on 2 separate occasions from MobileZap. Both times the item was dispatched within 24 hours. The products were as described on their web page and were ideal for the purposes required. I will certainly use them again in the future.

MobileZap had a great range for the product I was looking for and a good variety of colours available. The website was easy to navigate and the purchase was no problem at all. The item arrived very promptly and I am really pleased with it.
