Had an issue with our Control4 system at our Belgravia property and a friend recommended Niaz.
Really glad they did.
Turned up on time, knew exactly what he was looking at and had everything sorted without any drama.
No pushy upselling, no confusing jargon just honest, skilled work at a price that actually makes sense for London.
We’ve used larger smart home companies before and honestly the difference in value is significant. Half the cost and twice the communication.

Called for an emergency smart home repair at our Mayfair property after our Control4 system completely failed.
Sulieman arrived within 40 minutes outstanding emergency response time for Central London. No admin fees, no markups, half the cost of larger smart home companies in London.
Diagnosed the Control4 fault immediately and had everything back online fast.
So impressed we’ve now appointed them to manage all our London properties covering Control4, Lutron and Crestron maintenance, servicing and emergency repairs.

Excellent , Efficient and quick service
had an unexpected issue with the lights in my clinic early one morning. They kept flickering and, as the clinic was fully booked, I had to cancel a few appointments which was very stressful.
As the electrician I usually use was out of the country, I was struggling to find someone to help at short notice. Thankfully, someone referred Niaz and I’m so grateful they did.
He arrived promptly, was very efficient and knowledgeable, and managed to identify and fix the issue within 30 minutes. The service was professional and reliable, especially in a moment of panic when I really needed help quickly.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician. Thank you again for such quick and excellent service!

The pricing was very fair compared to other quotes – the difference was night and day. The engineers did a great job, and Niaz even came back the next day to check everything and help us get the work covered by insurance.
