MMTC PAMP is cheating customers.
Thier customer facing website is down for months and we are not able to sell gold.
Looks like they are deliberately bringing down the site for selling when prices go highg and they offer less offline selling price.
We are loosing moeny when buying and even more loss when selling.
In the name of govt they are cheating customers. period

I bought digital gold on mmtcpamp.com but now its website is not opening from 3-4 days. My money is also not refunded how can I trust it. Its website is not opening. How can I contact with them.

Irresponsible and unprofessional
I received my 30 grams gold bars order from a MMTC PAMP online purchase after a 11 day delay and immediately noticed that the safety Lock of the metal box enclosing the gold bars were already broken. MMTC PAMP clearly state on their website to not accept the order and call their customer care immediately if the packaging or box is tampered. So, I called their customer care and received an update from them after a day mentioning "We would like to inform you that the seal on some rare occasions break during transit". I mean what kind of a pathetic and irresponsible response is this from a reputed company like MMTC PAMP. You're spending a lot of money to buy gold and this is their response when i tell them that the packaging has been tampered. Disgusting!!.

Expensive than market price. No proper response from consumer support phone no or email. Since being a Govt Enterprise I expected it to be a good deal but unfortunately turned out to be poor.
