we used M&M freight to transport our K5 from florida to NY it was fast and easy

Working with them only causes you stress. They never respond, communication is nonexistent, and they are always late.

THEY ARE LATE WITH THE PICKUP!! M&M Logistics work orders a secondary company. I gave them 3 weeks advanced and even called 1 week before the pick up date to make sure it wasn't late.

I padded 3 days grace period before my flight and they hired someone's who truck broke down in California. I'm delivering from Arizona to NYC which I paid over 1000$.

They WONT dispatched another truck because the contract was taken by 1 person whose truck broke down.

I will be flying without me physically being there dropping my car. 1 star for not being on time despite multiple heads up + picking an unreliable truck driver.

I had a very disappointing experience with John. He clearly lacks basic customer service skills and does not know how to treat customers with respect. Throughout my interaction with him, he was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of providing helpful solutions, he made the process even more frustrating with his poor attitude. I would not recommend dealing with this company if you want a positive experience. REALLY UNPROFESSIONALS!!!

This company is fraud company and we never want to work with this company because they make fool to other persons even their customers and also carriers. I
dislike these kind of person who hide the amount discussion from carriers and customers so after delivery both start fight between each other. So be aware from
this company. I have proof with me why we cancel load with them.
Their employees too rude and use offensive language with carriers and dispatchers

Overall this was a positive experience. Carl did a good job in finding me a transport. The driver Dakota, was very courteous and friendly as well as communicating a delay which was not a problem and I was grateful for his keeping in touch. His truck and trailer were top notch and in very good shape. My only negative would be that you couldn't find a driver until I voluntarily told him to raise the price, but that I'm sure is just a factor in this industry as a broker. Your company rating and initial quote was a big part in my booking with you. Even though the price was higher than originally quoted, I would give your company 5/5 stars.

Overall great experience transporter was here on time friendly and kept me updated the whole time highly recommend.

My contact with M&M Freight and Logistics was Richard Ramirez, who was referred to me by a friend who had worked with Richard to arrange car transports on two occasions. Richard was wonderful to work with! He responded in a most timely fashion whenever I called or texted. My new Toyota RAV4 hybrid arrived on the day it was promised, in fine shape. Thank you, M&M, for a great experience on my first-ever car shipping experience!

Making the reservation for transportation was very easy. Richard was so kind and friendly and kept in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. Their pricing is very fair. We have shipped cross country with M&M freight twice!

Great communication and the Driver was professional

If not for the late pickup i would have given you all five stars. I was really nervous and skeptical at first but the guy i spoke with from your company was the first person I spoke with regarding transporting in general, I had no idea how this things works and or what to expect. It was the priciest one of all quotes but literally as soon as i got off the highway the driver and I was at the light together in my city. I was so happy to see that he drove my car straight home! There was no extra or hidden fees either exactly what we talked about.

M&M were very easy to work with. Carl was extremely helpful and trusting. He saved me when other companies lied and failed to complete the scheduling of a driver. I highly recommend M&M

Exceptional services I used M and M to transport my 2023 Corvette from Chicago Illinois to Memphis Tennessee. It arrived on time and they communicated and stay in touch the entire time between transport

All communication was prompt and my vehicle was delivered faster than expected. The driver was also kind.

Had them transport a Honda motorcycle from Oklahoma to Ft. Lauderdale they did it in time and in perfect condition. Highly recommended

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. M&M Freight And Logistics LLC IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I HAD BEEN WORKING WITH THEIR OFFICE MANAGER NAMED JULIAN SINCE THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER. I HAD TWO BUSES WHICH NEEDED TO BE TRANSPORTED FROM TENNESSEE TO CALIFORNIA. I RECEIVED A QUOTE AND PAID TWO $500 DEPOSITS, ONE FOR EACH BUS. WHEN M&M Freight And Logistics LLC SHOWED UP, THEY REALIZED THEY HAD THE WRONG TRAILERS FOR THE JOB AFTER DAMAGING THE BACK END OF THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE FENDER. THEY APOLOGIZED AND SAID FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS THAT THEY WOULD REFUND MY DEPOSITS AND FIX THE DAMAGE CAUSED TO OUR BRAND NEW BUS. YESTERDAY I HAD TO FINALLY CONTACT MY BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
