My husband and I have done a garden overhaul and bought the majority of products from MKM Dundee. I have dealt with Jordan Scott throughout the process and would like to commend him for his Customer Service. He has been polite, professional and consistent. Jordan is an asset to the Dundee branch. I would also like to note that the delivery team have also been exceptional. We ran short of two products and they were both delivered from the branch same day. Got to newark store later than I had liked due to traffic. Literally pulled up at the yard at 455 and they close at 5pm. Said we was after a tonne of gravel, the first couple members of staff was like sorry we closed now, go speak to Brad inside and off they went, when going inside we spoke to Brad and he arranged for delivery tomorrow, I mentioned that I don’t think the delivery vehicle would get access to the house it needs delivering to, he was like if you got transport now I can quickly grab a fork lift and it’s done then, so he got the forklift out, staying later in his own time to help us out. Can’t fault him, he was polite throughout despite him most likely wanting to go home. Nice lad and credit to Mkm.

Chelmsford - had patio tiles for my garden renovation, great product but issues with the delivery, and stock… ended up a winner but could have been informed more throughout the process and told that the tile was being discontinued.

MKM Aldershot - purchased a Symphony Kitchen from them in 2023, for (mostly) self-installation.

Installing any kitchen is a major upheavel to the family home, and requires co-ordination from many suppliers, and a few trades.

We had a few issues with parts, and delivery from other suppliers, but Jon at MKM was unwaveringly supportive and helpful.

Communication is critical and Jon remained responsvie, was across all the issues and items we raised.

Then after a while the worksurfaces edge failed and once again MKM went into bat for us and the result was we opted to upgrade to granite worktops. MKM again supported us throughout the entire process and I felt dealt with our issues fairly and with understanding.

Would I use again? ABSOLUTELY.
Would I recommend Aldershot MKM? 100%, Jon in their kitchen dept is a rockstar and seems unflappable!

The install was slowed by a personal injury but MKM stayed with me throughout this entire "ordeal", and have upheld all support requests with unwavering commitment.

Thank you MKM, our kitchen is still looking as good as the day we installed it. The fit and finish is remarked upon by all who visit. The worktop replacement fitters even said it was better than 99% of all kitchens they see installed.

So 5 star review to MKM!

Expected my delivery of wood tomorrow. They turned up a day early and didn't even let me know they were here. They left the products on my front path and, being over 70, I am unable to move them myself. Thanks a lot guys!

Once again, MKM Chichester has excelled at their customer service. Short of materials, I phoned at 9am and spoke to Chris, asking if there was any chance of a same day delivery? He suggested that they may be able to deliver by late afternoon. The items were dropped off by 12 noon, that day. I’m not surprised if I’m honest, as my regular dealings with MKM of late have all been very positive. Please keep it going like this, so refreshing to have a local company that actually seems to want to work for their customers, not the other way round.

An excellent service was provided from the design of the kitchen right through to its completion. Steve Cook at Ripon was very knowledgeable and always available either on site or on the phone should advice be needed during installation.
A great quality kitchen and fabulous value for money.

Since buying a house near Edinburgh we have undertaken a lot of renovations and improvements. I had nevet heard of MKM before but have just placed my fourth order in the last 5 months with them today. Every delivery has been made when they said it would, when I have had to go back and speak to them to modify an order because I made the wrong choice (as defined by my wife - or project manager as she now wants to called) the staff in Edinburgh have never failed to be more than helpful. Great customer service.

What a great company, professional , great service, great price. Will use this company from now on for all my purchases. Highly recommended.

If I could leave zero stars then I would! This company makes promises it has no intention of keeping with regards to delivery times. They have you literally standing around for hours waiting for materials to arrive and when you enquire you're simply told "Its on its way" Absolutely shocking service and they really don't seem to care. So tradesmen, get your materials elsewhere if you want to actually get on with your job!

Very happy with the delivery today, 5 bulk bags were delivered, the LGV driver Steve done fantastic job , the road was narrow and with some obstacles, but he was patient, confident and very polite, and done very good job .Also - quick delivery on time, good material thank you MKM

We had brilliant customer service from Cindy when looking for a new kitchen. The showroom has a great range of doors & worktop samples to look at.
Cindy came out to measure up & aid with the design. She is very knowledgeable and gave suggestions where needed.
Once we had decided on the product we liked, the communication was excellent, whether verbal or by email, we were well informed throughout the whole process, form purchase to delivery which was very smooth.
We are very pleased with our Symphony kitchen, we wanted a cottage feel, which we have & the units are very well made.
Our aftercare has been brilliant, we would recommend to anyone to contact Cindy if looking for a new kitchen.

My paint order took a week to arrive (from 7 miles away) with no promised notification of delivery day before hand. And then it was the wrong paint so I'm still not able to complete my exterior painting job. I'm waiting to hear how they will resolve this, but I won't be using them again!

These guys are brilliant, friendly, helpful every purchase or order has been seamless. Nothing is a hassle. Consistently good service, supply and delivery. Look no further than MKM.
Personable and genuine folk, happy to help and quality product line

I searched for the product and as out of stock I called so I could collect it and was told I had to buy 1000 kg pallet load, but their website offers 25kg bags. The words very sorry don't mean anything when you advertise products you don't sell.

I have dealt with a number of builders yards in my time, most knowledgeable and helpful.

None have came close to the service I receive at MKM Peterhead.

Gavin is particularly good, giving same day quotes, next day delivery and calling to advise on the rare delay.

The delivery drivers take the time and effort to chat as they unload, remembering conversations past.

The office staff call to advise when to expect delivery.

This branch is a credit to the company and an example to others.

Hull was a waste of time. Really good show room but little else. Spent a few hours their then recieved a quote that said kitchen but it was for bathrooms. Quote with no details as to what the description was so plumber couldnt order as product not known. Called several times no reply no one returned my call.

A really disappointing experience that had all started off so well. We ordered a high-end bath from MKM, which arrived in just a few days and was delivered by an incredibly friendly driver. The bath turned out to be too narrow to comfortably sit in (and we're only of average size) so we asked for our options on a return.

This is when it all turned sour.

MKM said that since they'd had to specially order the bath in, their supplier would be charging us a 25% restocking fee. Not only had this never been stated in any T&Cs, but MKM also failed to understand that our contract was never with their third party supplier and that we couldn't be forced to agree to their additional terms. Upon making this clear, the restocking fee was magically dropped and so we returned the bath to MKM Chichester. Where we should have then received a refund, MKM refused to issue it until their supplier had collected the bath from the branch - a clear breach of our consumer rights under distance selling regulations. Branch directors Richard and Peter refused to engage in any discussion of this and only issued the refund a week later. Sales manager (also Richard) gave me the standard "I'm just doing my job mate" excuse and that was the end of our experience with MKM.

Found the staff in my local branch very helpful and the advice they gave was the best solution for me. Thank you MKM
