Bought some “plastering” sand from them - dreadful stuff, more grit than “grit sand”! Washed 2 bags of it because I had to get the job done, & got a “brick’s” worth of grit/gravel out of it. Trading Standards should really take a look at it!

I purchased a kitchen from leamington spa. Rebecca was fantastic, was always there to answer queries and reassure me of my decisions. She was very polite and very friendly and always had a smile. The kitchen is fabulous well made great quality and comes all made up. Couldn't fault it or the process of buying. Definitely recommend. 👍

Lowest online price, including delivery, that I could find in my area. Delivery took 2 weeks which was fine by me. Helpful and friendly driver delivered, all my items were undamaged and good quality. An update on the delivery status (email, text or call) would have made it 5* but still very pleased overall.

We have been looking for porcelain paving for our garden for a long time ,went to mkm in wigan ,and met Damian Priestley from sales ,who went above and beyond to help us finally find exactly what we wanted ,He was so patient and helpful even though my wife went back 8 times ,to look at the same slab ,i would highly recommend MKM and many thanks to Damian Priestley for his outstanding customer service.

MKM Leeds.
First time ordered from MKM Leeds. Main reason - free local delivery and they are only 2.5 miles away from me.
Couple of sheets of plasterboard and some loft boards.
Received and email saying they will aim to deliver Thursday or Friday. I tried to clarify, but was told they won't know the time till the morning of the delivery.
Thursday I receive a call from the driver saying that he is outside my property (while I am at work).

He offered to leave everything outside the property, which I was okay with. Luckily rain was not forecasted.

The only negative at this point is communication, which could be improved to avoid situations like this. I could've been at home to accept the delivery.

Dont believe what they say about having as a trade 1000 pounds credit.I bought something for 420 pounds and they called me to pay this or no new order.

Whilst building our home on the Isle of Mull, we used MKM in Oban.
They where absolutely fantastic, priced matched when they could, we had no issues either deliveries, which were free, always super helpful. Understanding of our lack of knowledge, always advised us on the best products. We ended up only using MKM, they were absolutely brilliant.
Big shout out to Steven Bruce , Duncan and Stacey, thank you so much, we love our MKM house.

Ordered a small quantity of architrave wood from the Lladudno Junction branch late Sunday afternoon. Imagine my shock when a polite and courteous driver delivered right to my front door at 11.00am Monday morning! The wood was good, well selected and prepared, and well wrapped. Such good service is rare in this cruel day and age. WELL DONE MKM

I ordered a ton bag of top soil from MKM via their website, the process was flawless.
The product was delivered today 03/09/25 by Wayne (Grantham Branch) who called me to state he had arrived with his Hiab to deliver the soil. I must say Wayne was fantastic, he went out of his way to assist and dropped the soil over the wall which will save my poor back with hauling it from the driveway.
Nothing was too much of a problem, many thanks Wayne you are a credit to MKM.

I visit MKM to purchase some wood. I was helped by Cara Seymour who was exstremely helpful. She went out of her way to check on how much timber I needed against my measurements, nothing was too much trouble. The delivery was also free and yesterday they arrived first thing. Thank you I will be return.

A brilliant company. Fast, efficient and kind. Overall a pleasure to work with and I will only use them for future projects.

I cannot recommend MKM Leeds Branch highly enough, especially Mally. Throughout my home extension project, he has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Mally went above and beyond to recommend the right products, organise everything I needed, and ensure deliveries were timed perfectly around my busy schedule.

On one occasion, I was at work during a delivery, and with Mally’s advice I provided instructions and images of where items could be left. To my surprise, the driver went the extra mile and neatly stacked everything in my garage — something I’ve never experienced with other suppliers.

The whole experience has saved me time and stress, and it’s clear that customer care is a real priority at MKM Leeds. I will 100% be recommending Mally and MKM to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

Excellent advice and service from Paul at the Sleaford branch. He was very knowledgeable and advised me brilliantly regarding my stud work/tools and processes that he'd used. Also, the best value that I've found. I can not recommend this branch enough. 5 stars.

Waited around 3 weeks for an incorrect cabinet. They delivered a larger cabinet than one on my quote because the one requested was out of stock. I did not know it was the incorrect size until there was an attempt to install it. So they tried to charge me an additional 50% for a replacement in the correct size but different colour because the item I ordered was no longer in stock. After establishing that the wrong cabinet was delivered, they did offer a replacement at no extra charge. However, they only had a different colour in stock and the one I needed was no longer available. Despite this, they disputed there was no inconvenience and I should have checked the item was correct. No apologies for their own staff not checking they received the right item and excuses it as normal. After back and forth communication did they finally offered me a 50% refund on the incorrect item.

Had I total bathroom refit supplied by mkm Bridgend . Matt came and measured up and designed a bathroom for me . He consulted with the fitter and delivered the materials when needed . High quality ,low price .excellent service from start to finish . would highly recommend
