Not sure what happened to this company but they are pure trash now. I remember when their shirts were at an affordable price, especially when they had their flash sales. Not the prices damn near doubled and if you receive your order within 90 days (or at all) consider yourself lucky. Never again

This Website is a total scam! I placed an order September 30th and at the time of this review (November 15th) I've received nothing. Not only that but, my attempts to email the company on both of the company emails have now bounced back, it appears they received my emails but have since blocked them.
Do not order from this site at all!! They will take your money and you'll never get your order.

There is no way to contact them by phone either, and emails continue to stay blocked and otherwise unanswered.
Years ago this used to be a great company, I could place an order and it would arrive within a week or 2, and the customer service used to be quite responsive. Now however it seems as though it is being run as a scam. Please do not throw your money away by ordering from these guys! They should be shut down!!

Multiple orders they don't actually have them sure they get sent to be made. Months of waiting terrible communication. They will blame it on shipping but the shipping is actually only around ten days. Terrible

Do not buy from this company. You’ll never receive order confirmations or tracking numbers. Customer service takes forever to respond to emails. They take your money for items they don’t actually have in their inventory. Then they send you a gift certificate instead of just refunding your money! So then you’re in a continuous loop of trying to order something and they may not even have it. Ordered a few different times (ultimately cause of GIFT CERTIFICATES) to give them a chance but NEVER AGAIN!! Same each order! Had to email to find out where my order was or find out if it was even received. And some of the shirts I bought were of horrible quality! Not even worth fighting them about it…I’m taking my losses and won’t ever purchase or refer anyone to this site… MIXUNIT should just shut down, it’s booty!

Waited a year (not exaggerating) for the CD I ordered. What they finally sent was a copy. Copyright infringement and duping customers. How have they not been shut down?

Scammer. Stay away. Bad customer service, sent a lot of messages , never got any message back. I had to ask and go by paypal to have a refund . Never received any tracking number , after a month , never received my CD either. I'll bet everything that this company doesn't even exist

This site sells music thet they have no license for. I should know. My recently released album is for sale on this site, without my consent and without me recieving any fees :-(

Do not buy from this site

MixUnit sells items that they do not have the license to distribute, especially their CD's. Do not under any circumstances buy from this site, it won't support the artists and will only aid the site in continuing their illegal activity.

Still waiting on my order from November 21, 2023. My money from my account was transacted on that date. I called 3 different phone numbers from website. No answer. I've sent 2 emails requesting my October London- Rebirth of Marvin Gaye cd or a refund. No response. I never received a tracking number. I sent a friend from Facebook that wanted the same cd to the website to order the same day I did, and the same thing happened to her, no cd. I wished I had read the reviews before ordering!! I'm so disappointed in this company.

Apparently it takes 2+ months to burn a CD from MP3s and to place a sticker on the disc. When I was a DJ, I could make these 15x a night, but no longer have a Laptop. No one replies to emails. No one is working there. You might as well just place your money on the street corner and wish for a monetary return.

I wrote a new address where they can deliver to me, but no response from them after that. I honestly don't know if this company even exists. They could at least refund my money but they don't want to ship the paid order. T-SHIRTS were ordered on March 26, 2023.

This site is a fraud! Payed 300 dollars and recieved nothing after 1,5 years!!!

SCAMMING BOOTLEGGERS!

NEVER HEARD OF THIS SITE BUT FOUND MY MUSIC ON HERE. THEY ARE SELLING CDS FOR MY RELEASES THAT I HAVE NOT MADE OR RELEASED CDS FOR. SO HOW DID THEY GET THEM? DON'T BUY FROM THIS TRASH SITE. SUPPORT THE ARTIST BY BUYING DIRECTLY FROM THEM AND NOT THESE CON ARTISTS!

I purchased from mix unit a couple of years ago and I received my order on time.
This time I spent over $400 and have been waiting for my order for over a month.
They don't have a phone number to speak to anyone
They reply to emails with some nonsense about the owner being in the hospital (apparently they have been using the same excuse for over two years)
They have time to update their website but can ship your order out.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PURCHASE FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR ORDER...
I have requested a refund but have not heard back from anyone.

I ordered two CDs 3 weeks ago and they have not shipped I tried to contact there bonus customer service and no response so I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back this is a rip off site

I have ordre 2 disc Music in januar.. Its Marts now and i haven’t get it.
I have right a New mail, But they dont answer me.
Whats gonna do now?

Five days went past and I didn't get any tracking info. So I emailed them and they said they couldn't give me an Eta when my cds would be shipped out because the owner is in and out of the hospital. I've been in and out of the hospital the last few days yet I still sent you my money without any excuses. PayPal disputed has been filed! I wish I would've looked at the reviews for this place before I ordered
