MIXER Omdömen 

The few times I've tried to use Mixr, it's always been at busy events. And I've not succeeded once! It's supposed to be as simple as scan the barcode at the till. But invariably, the bar staff look at you like you are an idiot and don't have a clue about Mixr - despite having adverts and rolling displays that promote it. And it's not just one place, I've tried using it in Middlesbrough, Manchester, Leeds, and Durham.

I cannot log on to the mixr app. I am not receiving validation codes or passport updates,
Been emailing mixr for 4 months now and they keep emailing me saying that they've sent the codes.
This makes the app useless to me.😩

Been working fine for a few months and a good incentive for the brewery to retain customers.
However, haven't been impressed with the card linking. I linked my debit card and got the 1000 points for doing so. Spent about £70 on Saturday using the card only to find no points and account now says no linked card!

This app offered a free gin and Tonic each time I went to claim the drink it hadn’t even been delivered to the pub !!! A big con☹️

I HAVE ENJOYED A FREE DRINK & A FREE COCKTAIL WITH MIXR. ALSO MONEY OFF DISCOUNT VOUCHERS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT SO FAR AS I CAME A BIT UNSTUCK WITH EARNING POINTS BUT WITH A RECEIPT SCAN POINTS WERE SUPER QUICKLY REWARDED. I COULDN'T GET THE FREE HENDRICKS GIN EITHER & WAS TOLD THE SAME STORY THAT THE VENUES ARE OUT OF STOCK & AWAITING DELIVERY AFTER PROMOTION CLOSING DATE WHICH IS VERY CONVENIENT! I NOTICED THE PROMOTION WAS PULLED EARLY. HOWEVER 2 FREE ALCOHOLIC DRINKS IS SOMETHING THESE DAYS. TIME WILL TELL.

Honestly one of the worst long winded apps out there id rather bash my head against the wall, shockingly bad 0 out of 5 waste of time

Half price when you buy a drink nope a lie you get the drink for free if it’s a Coke Zero so 2.99 off your food total con what’s the point in app

We went to the slug and lettuce in Newcastle central and we downloaded the app to find the free cocktail was a woo woo, gin and tonic or a pint of Guinness. Not the promise of free cocktail drinks. We were told it depends on the place you go to on the drinks available. So definitely not what is advertised. Absolute disgrace. We won’t be using the app anymore and won’t be venturing to the slug and lettuce again.
App deleted.

Scammed into signing up for a bookclub when all I wanted was the free drink. Lovebooks.club unsubscribe doesn't work so now going thru the hassle of blocking my card at the bank ....avoid

Likte ikke at Mixer flyttet over til Facebook. Har ikke FB engang, kommer aldri i verden til å ordne meg det heller.

Pga jeg ikke vil ha FB er at jeg føler meg ikke velkommen der. Og at jeg har hørt altfor mye negativ om FB.

Great service and very fast support.

A very very bad app and they are trying to get big streamers to make more people use it but a lot people won't because it sucks.
They should improve it more.

In mixer it only for iPad also when I did use my Microsoft account the the audio went out and I turned it off and on but it never worked.

Not a lot of streamers on Mixer, and the only reason I signed up on Mixer was because a friend of mine is on there. Good luck trying to reset your password. I was logged in on my phone but wanted to log on from a PC and couldn't login. I requested a password reset email but never received one, and support was absolutely no help, just saying that they don't have any accounts associated with my email address. Not worth the headache. Just use Twitch.

I can never sign in. Always says that my account/password is incorrect even after resetting it multiple times. And if it doesn't say that then it says "Mixer username is already taken with your Xbox Gamertag", what does that even mean? Just sort it out and let me watch some streams...

Good for small streamers. Mixer is a good way to start streaming as a small streamer. The community is helpful and supportive.

The existence of MIXER is good for the streaming industry, but my god is it terrible in its current state.

Twitch is years (literally) ahead in terms of development and it really shows. MIXER isn't even picking up on several things Twitch has already worked out. They did the trial and error, just implement such things already MIXER. Video controls, vod controls, viewer customization of their setup, emotes, mod support, stream interactivity, the list goes on.

I absolutely hate you customer service I've been banned for hate speech I understand the fact what I said might've been wrong even though it was directed towards no one and I was just saying it at random and it specifically said directed to a person or group yet I got banned and me and my friends were kn our own private stream insulting each other for fun and they still counted it as hate speech and banned me from my account.

This place is constantly changing their rules since they bought out Beam.com. First it's partner requirements, then even if you meet the requirements they turn racist saying they aren't partnering you because of your accent. Then they're paying streamers from other platforms to come stream on their platform (Ninja - Not a good streamer to me) to try expanding themselves. They can't even follow their own ToS. They make up the rules and they choose when and if they follow those rules.

Runs decently, really similar to twitch. The only difference is that mixer doesn't have as much content and a variety of streamers as twitch has.
