Like many others who were scammed, I ordered a vacuum bag in November never arrived. No respond to email.
1 STAR should not be given , it should be ZERO.

Scam. Ordered a backpack and not arrived. Been over 2 months. Emailed and no response

Scam, do not buy!
I admit I was totally conned. I bought the product I followed the package and it never left the warehouse even though I was told it was on its way. When 3 weeks went past I tried to claim the website went down even though I had received a confirmation from the company that it was on the way. I am now trying to claim my money back.

Depuis le 17 octobre 2025 j’ai fais une commande sur ce site de voleurs nous sommes à ce jour le 22 décembre 2025 et je n’ai toujours rien reçu et le pire dans cela c’est que j’ai beau écrire aucunes réponses à savoir où se trouve mon colis . Il est toujours bloqué en Chine 🇨🇳 soit disant en transit bref je dois laisser tomber l’espoir de mettre la main dessus. Bien été volé, Arnaqué correctement merci internet 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Donc à absolument éviter ce site de fraudes voleurs . Et en plus leur site n’existe plus après avoir bien volé les gens.

I have rated this company 1 star but that is 1 too many. I ordered a back pack from them and really wish I had read the reviews first. needless to say the back pack has not arrived ...the money has been taken and absolutely no correspondence from them ...my banks Fraud team are now looking into this

Ordered a rucksack - no product delivered and no replies to my emails to customer services. Tracking number for the delivery was false too.

Shocking, same feedback as others. Ordered, took money from credit card, no delivery. No response to emails, number on web invalid. With Credit Card company now to resolve.How has this not been shut down,

Scam!!. Ordered backpack 2 months ago, no back pack, no emails, no tracking no nothing.

Ordered 2 backpacks and nothing the tracking number was garbage. Despite emails, phone calls nothing time to contact police (total scam)

En effet Mixellor store est une grosse arnaque. Le site est très pro mais lors de ma commande le 5 novembre 2025 une confirmation a été reçu puis un avis de transit le 7 puis plus rien. La commande n’existe plus et n’a sans doute jamais existé. À éviter à tous prix

This shop does not deliver. Scam.

They claim to have shipped my backpack. They tracked it through Shop app and then Yodel claimed to have delivered ot. Still no sign and no reply from Mixellor despite several messages.

As everybody else, I ordered this backpack on October 27th, with a promise of delivery before I went on holiday, still not received it and no response to emails, total scam

Don’t waste your money - liars and thieves

Placed order for item. Tracking never updated, item never received. No response to emails. I had payed using credit card, so bank now dealing with it
