Maxim makes printing so easy! My first book, a 372 page family history, was incredibly easy to publish. The step by step guide and full tutorials made it so simple. Pricing is very reasonable. Quality is very high. I’m extremely impressed.

Very happy with my 492-page hardcover family history book
I just received my order of 30 copies of my 492 page hardcover family history book. They turned out beautifully. Everything I had envisioned when I first started writing my book five years ago. I found the software to upload my manuscript easy to use with the help of their very helpful AI agent. The template for the cover design was great. I loved the virtual preview so I could see how the book would look before it printed. The cost was reasonable. The book quality is exceptional. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because the order was late and I had to cancel the book launch party I had planned for two days after the estimated delivery date and no one contacted me to let me know it was delayed. I had to contact customer support a few times and got vague answers about when it would be ready. But I just received a nice apology with an offer of a discount on my next book. I am so pleased with the end result I have gotten over my disappointment over the delay.

We're sorry that the delivery timing didn't align with your event. The dates provided are estimated, and during the busy spring and end of term season we've experienced higher order volumes than usual. As a result, we did need to revise your estimated delivery date during production. However, we're pleased that we were able to complete and dispatch your order ahead of that revised estimate.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're glad the finished albums met your expectations. Thank you again for choosing Mixam, and we hope to have the opportunity to print for you again in the future.
Good but delayed delivery
The quality of the printed paperback comic books and postcards were pretty good (though for the postcards, the ink had spread more than I had expected), but they were not dispatched on time. However, customer service was helpful and expressed to the production team the urgency of the order (I needed the products for an event on the weekend; they had delivery dates of Tuesday and Thursday of that week) and fortunately they arrived in time for the event.
This issue with delayed delivery had happened before and as such I will be considering other printing options in the future.

We'd just like to clarify that the shipping and delivery dates provided at checkout are Estimated, rather than guaranteed. Looking at your order, the comic books shipped on their estimated dispatch date, while the postcards shipped within two days of their estimated date. We're glad that everything still arrived in time for your event.
We understand that timing is important, especially when orders are needed for specific events. Where possible, it may be worth building in a few extra days of lead time for future projects to provide some additional flexibility around estimated production and shipping schedules.

The quality is premium and no less than majour publishers. I had a delay of 5 days to get the book but again, the quality dwarf completely this delivery delay

The dates provided on our website are estimated delivery dates rather than guaranteed dates. As all of our products are custom manufactured to order, production times can occasionally take a little longer than expected, particularly during periods of high demand. We are currently in one of our peak seasons, which means our production facilities are processing a significantly higher volume of orders than usual.
We sent two email notifications advising you of the date revisions to your estimated delivery date. If you did not receive these, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder, as it's possible the emails were filtered , or that messages from Mixam may have been blocked by your email provider.
That said, we're pleased that we were still able to dispatch your order earlier than the revised estimated date provided. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope you're pleased with the finished products.
Excellent quality product - Fast production and shipping
Excellent quality product, quick responses online and help with formatting. Great quality control and formatting, online uploading works very well, customer service was excellent. Paid for the quick turnaround and it was quicker than I anticipated. Staff very helpful in sorting issues over a few days and still arrived on time. Very great work, super happy with product, have ordered with Mixam for three year of high school yearbooks and everyone has been very happy with it. Product always as advertised, would print other products with Mixam as well.

Excellent quality
