Avoid. I ordered a jersey that I have been waiting to come back in stock. Paid over $300 only to find out a week later they have no stock.

I returned an item within days of receiving and it fell within their guidelines. I then tracked the item and see that it was received, no issues. Here we are one month later and no refund. I reached out to check the status of my refund and included my order number and return number they provided. About a week later I got a response letting me know that they would reach out to their accounting team to check the status. I waited over a week before following up. It’s now been 8 days since my follow and I finally got a response asking me for my return number and they could look into it. So here we are 15 days after they said they would look into this, about 5 days after my original inquiry, and they’re asking for information I already provided to look into this?! Customer service is a joke here. I would highly recommend avoiding this merchant if they can’t handle the simplest request without giving paying customers the runaround and radio silence.

Ordered a jersey online, returned it in full accordance with their refund requirements and they never refunded my money. Just as bad, they literally have no customer service so you can't even contact them. I'm always willing to give a company the benefit of the doubt and I'm usually very patient with things like this, but I genuinely think they tried to rip me (and many others apparently) off. Just slimy all around.

Ordered a hat to canada. Hat didn't match picture. Customer service is atrocious. Didn't answer any of my questions told me to open a return. Ridiculous. The images of hats on their site do not match what you get. Photos are most likely computer simulated so what you get looks very different. Crap company. Better to buy counterfeit from china.

Purchase made on 12/18. Product delivered on 12/22. Wrong size. Email sent to Mitchell and Ness customer service to receive return merchandise authorization on 12/22. No response. Follow up email sent on 12/30. Response finally received on 1/4 with a return merchandise authorization number. Product shipped at my expense to Mitchell and Ness on 1/12 with receipt by Mitchell and Ness confirmed by Fed Ex on 1/18/22. No contact from Mitchell and Ness. Follow up email sent on 1/29/22. No response. Follow up email sent on 2/8/22. No response. Refund of $87.50 is due. A complete lack of communication regarding this issue. Worst customer service experience in a long time. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Worst Customer Service
After returning my order, I never received a refund. I followed all the instructions. Over a month later I filed a claim with PayPal and they temporally credited me. However over 2 months later, M&N charged me again! They have THE WORST customer service ever because there is NO customer service! Its impossible to get ahold of anyone. All emails go unanswered. It's absolutely hopeless. You want good customer service? Shop at Nike instead. You'll get a refund in less than a day! Never EVER order from the M&N website!
This company is a joke
This company is a joke. I returned my items 10 business days ago and still have t received a refund. I’ve emailed them everyday without a response bc you can’t call. It says during COVID Philadelphia is shut down but the warehouse is in California. The actual products are getting cheaper quality every year. 10yrs ago the products were made of high quality but not anymore. Best bet is to find a original vintage Jersey not this crap and headache!

Mitchell and Ness has terrible customer service. At the time of my order/issue they were only open from 12:00-2:00 EST and after 3 attempts to contact them via phone, I finally got in touch with someone who constantly interrupted and made excuses for an issue that should have been easy to take care of. Emailing this company is also difficult as they take 4-5 days to respond- EVERY TIME. Please save yourself some trouble and a headache and do not order from Mitchell and Ness.

Must be a scam no one contacts you back when you have an order problem. I sent more than one request and all I got back was hope your issue was resolved. I never received my order and it showed tracking that it was returned to sender I have proof and can't get a refund or my order. This is a scam never order from them.
Great selection
Great selection, great sales when they decide to do sitewide discounts. Customer service can stand to be better, but that's my only complaint. Items ship efficiently and no dirty items (material gets dirtier easier than you'd think).

Have ordered a number of throwback NBA tees from these guys, most recently a Slam magazine cover with Vince Carter. Delivery is efficient, as one should expect in this day and age. Quality of the tees is good, they hold their shape and colour well.

Placed an order online
Placed an order online. Ended up getting a tracking number 3 days after they took my money, only because I reached out. Shipped in a timely matter, BUT the the wrong address. I had to find out from UPS that the shipper input the wrong address on the label. I had to tell the representative all this because they had no idea. Rather than sending me my new order, they had to retrieve the originally shipped items. This of course was fully their fault, the order receipt has all the correct address info for them to copy and paste from. Long story short its been almost 2 weeks and I still do not have a items, a refund or a resolution from the shipper. BUYER BEWARE!!!
