Not a happy customer the coat was so missed sized I have returned it and am still waiting for my money back

There seemed to be along delay in receiving the clothing, but once it had arrived everything was well made and fitted to size.
Confused…….
After I’d purchased, the tracking said the company was in liquidation and my order wouldn’t be fulfilled - I was told by the administrator I’d lose my money. So I bought them at the retail store for 40% off, only to receive the mail order ones a week later! Confused? I am!
Returned item and no refund
Returned item and awaited refund. Chased, via website, to find out they’ve gone into liquidation! Contacted the company dealing with it, to be told I will not get my refund (£59). Very disappointed.

Perfect - don't change anything
The first blouse in this style (turquoise) came from a charity shop and I liked it so much that I have bought the pink and deep teal from you. They are very comfortable and can be worn alone or with a tee-shirt or polo underneath. Love all the detail and buttons so please don't change it. Deep teal a bit dark for my fair colouring but I can still wear it with neutrals.

Mistral Online has gone into administration
Mistral Online has gone into administration, which is really sad for both employees and customers.
I am owed a refund for clothes returned in November. However, from the response emailed to me today by the administrators, I'm unlikely to receive any refund from Mistral and have instead been referred to my credit card provider.
I had already contacted my credit card company, and they emailed a form for me to complete. I don't know at this stage, but it's possible they may be able to arrange a refund instead.
Mistral's online message reads:
"Any refund requests for online purchases are to be handled by the appointed administrator. Please contact Administrator: Begbies Traynor.
Phone: 020 7516 1509
While Mistral retail stores remain open, they are a separate entity to Mistral Online. As such, our retail team cannot help with any website-related queries. Please contact the Administrator for any website-related queries".

Disappointing..
Delivery was later than expected.
The dress had to be returned as much too big although supposed to be a size 10. Very disappointed and then had to pay to return.

I have not received my order and now your website doesn’t seem to be online. Hope this isnt a scam site and I receive my order or get a refund.
Non delivery of skirt
I ordered a skirt online a month ago and on payment received a confirmation email of my order. Then no further email about dispatch. There is no contact number to call. I used their email contact service on multiple occasions to ask about delivery. No response and over a month after ordering still no skirt. Avoid mistral online sales.

No longer trustworthy - do not buy online from them
Along with a number of other people starting to post on Facebook, items were returned at our own cost. No acknowledgement, no response to emails, no phone number to call and no refund. I am owed over £100.

Having order a coat from Mistral, order was delivered promptly but unfortunately the coat didn't suit me and the sleeves were far to long.
I returned the coat within a few days of receiving it by tracked postage as suggested by company.
I have emailed them twice since and contacted the Marlborough shop to make enquiries about the whereabouts of my refund. It is now 17 days since I returned the coat, tracking postage proves received at depot. I have still not heard anything from them.
Very disappointed. Will continue to contact them hopefully with some success.
