After placing my order came to find this place had really bad reviews.

Item came perfectly packaged for much cheaper than normal full price in just under a week.
Was kept updated throughout...
Tried to order some parts after viewing on website and then phoning them up. Phoned twice and the phone was put down on me twice! Clearly they don't want people buying things off the. Is it me?

ichées disponibles, en stock. Reçu seulement 2 et le reste remboursé car finalement pas disponible! 🤬Quand on appelle le service client, répond à côté de la plaque! Exemple: une pièce achetée verte pour tableau de bord, finalement pas disponible, je demande quelle couleur est disponible et il me répond verte!! Pas très pro tout ça!

Do they actually exist?
Would give zero stars if that was possible. UK website but they will not deliver inside the uk and the website has you going round in circles. It appears to have under maintenance for several years looking at previous reviews. Don't waste your time.
Scammers from abroad don't give them your time , spoke about trust and loyalty but didn't sound like a car part place more like a dating site scam

Despite all this they seemingly don't actually sell to UK-based customers. Really hard to tell what's going on as you can add products to your basket but you just end up in an endless circle when you try to proceed with absolutely no feedback surrounding what the problem is. Sort your act out Mister Auto.
And a year further on and still no operational website, I used to find the company very competitive but is a shame it looks like they are gone?

I would give a well deserved 0* if I could, trying to order an item now for two+ days, constant " our services are now unavailable ", phone constantly " I'm sorry system busy please try later ", it appears this has been going on for months, if you can't supply the goods and, or, there are problems with the website, take it down, leave a message up to say what's happening until it is useable and stop wasting potential customers time

In between processing the order website went down! Horrible… down for a he entire morning!!! not even up!?! I lost the trust! Good not ordered and run behind the Never working website!

Prices are good. Filled my basket and went to complete the order but it wouldn't proceed. Tried loads of times then called them. The first call cut. The second got through but the moment a person picked up, the line cut. I gave up and spent my £150 elsewhere.

Under maintenance for months. Trying to order a part (delivery to UK) and keeps showing padlock on "continue" button and cannot go any further (alhough they ask for detail to register yourself) They need to clarify what's going on. Brexit and Covid are not a real excuses now. Are we gonna blame still for Icelandic volcanos years back??

I ordered a brake calliper for my car. Their Irish website said its for the passenger side. it arrived for the right hand ( drivers side ). i then ordered another via the phone. the operator assured me this is for the left of the car. online it says 'drivers side' but its a European part, so the correct side. WELL YET AGAIN IT WAS NOT. i ordered it on 16 Feb 2021. It only arrived here on 4 March after i had to chase them - 18 days!!! . ANT ITS THE WRONG PART AGAIN. RH side again. Every time i am expected to pay for the new part. Despite sending the other part back on the 16 Feb, i have STILL not received a refund.
How STUPID can they be to use passenger and drivers side when these parts are for cars from the EU and from UK/Ireland where this has the opposite meaning.
