Miss L Fire was launched in February 2005 by former Clarks Designer & OFFICE Buying Director Lynsey Hand. Lynsey’s concept for Miss L Fire was to combine her knowledge of making shoes comfortable with her love for vintage-inspired fashion. First time ordering - very disappointed.
I placed an order over a week ago. The money left my bank account and I received a confirmation email stating it may take up to 3 business days to dispatch. However, I haven’t heard anything since. I really don’t like leaving reviews like this but I’ve emailed twice and even tried reaching out via Instagram, all with no reply.

Love This Brand
I absolutely love this brand for modern vintage styles. Their shoes are super quality and like nothing else on the market. The packaging is excellent and compostable too. I will have these shoes for years to come. If you want excellent quality that will stand the test of time, choose Miss L Fire.

Wonderful shoes and really good service! I bought two pairs of shoes in two different orders and they managed to pack them together and refund me shipping for the one pair. And the shoes are absolutely great! You can dance in them all night ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing as usual! (but be aware of DHL charges if you're not in the UK)
I love Miss L Fire, and I'm never disappointed no matter what I buy! This time around, I bought two pairs of shoes, and I can't decide which one I like the most :-) Super quick shipping, excellent quality and a really great team of people!
One thing if you're buying from outside the UK: please make sure you read their "Brexit guidelines" page if you don't want surprises. As they explain on that page, to comply with brexit, Miss L Fire have taken their VAT off shoes that will ship to outside the UK, so they will be cheaper, but you'll have to pay the VAT to DHL in your own country. DHL also added €20 administrative charges to what they charged me.

Customer service unresponsive so far...
Shipping was fast and order arrived in good condition, however sizing didn't work out and customer service has been completely unresponsive to my requests for a return (order #09394). Unfortunately their returns system isn't automated and one has to request them, so bear in mind if placing an order.

My only problem is that the size I chose were too small so I am just waiting to exchange for a bigger size.
