I have evaluated and used many communication platforms, internal chats and ticketing systems in various companies. Missive stands out far above all of them, it’s easy, intuitive and not bloated with 100s of options you never use. Also it’s faster than many email clients
They keep improving and every other week I’m happy to see the app updated with many new features and improvements. They take feedback about the smallest details serious and fix them in no time.
What I like most is that the desktop and mobile app are exactly the same, I don’t miss any features while on the run.
There are a few areas for improvement, mainly search. I am confident they will improve this in due course as well.
