Hard to get a refund.
I returned a shirt the day after receipt as it did not fit correctly. The shirt was receipted back quickly via Hermes and Missguided confirmed a refund would be paid. A WEEK later I had an email saying the shirt smelled of perfume and could not therefore be refunded. Seeing as I tried it on for 30 seconds I find this hard to believe; also why the delay between goods receipt, confirmation of refund and subsequent overturn of refund. I won’t be using this company again.

I input a typing error with my email address so didn’t receive an order number... I chatted to a lady called LORI and she was very helpful. She sorted my problem out and was very quick and efficient. A credit to the company as not many companies help so fast. Thanks LORI!

Never ever have I had a problem with this company. Admittedly their clothes can come up a tad small from time to time but service and speed is quality. I made a major mistake of ordering from pretty little thing and I can’t begin to explain my frustration. Back to misguided for me. Sorry I cheated on you with a bad Apple. You rock

Deres tøj sidder rigtigt godt, og har god kvalitet.
Det jeg ikke kan lide ved siden er deres afsendelser.
Jeg har modtaget 2/4 af deres produkter for sent. Den første var helt ude af deres system, og de ville ikke hjælpe mig med ar finde ud af hvor min pakke var, så måtte selv ringe til GLS og håbe de ville hjælpe mig. Jeg fik pakken i sidste ende, men det krævede en masse arbejde.
Anden gang havde jeg betalt ekstra for at den kom tidligere (altså indenfor 2 dage), men der gik langt over 4 før den endeligt kom.
Jeg råder folk til ikke at bruge denne hjemmeside. hvis de skal bruge produktet de køber indenfor få dage.
Great stuff
Ordered quite a bit from Misguided and never had any problems. It's easy enough to return and receive a refund, I've even returned up to £200 before and received every penny back. Once they missed an item that I returned, I spoke to customer service and was refunded for that item straight away. Great customer service all round.

Some of their items are actually good but wish they had more items in stock at times and I recieved my next day deliveries and I honestly hope they resolve the issues other customers are having regarding the site although I may have gotten lucky this time but I hope you guys don't let your customer down!
Robbers do not use they will never return your money
I placed an order with misguided on the 19th November.
It arrived easily and unfortunately I only liked one item so returned the rest. I took advantage of the free hermes returns service and that's when it all went wrong. Hermes didn't collect on the day they said they would I had to chase them. Buy they did the following day on the 24th november
Then after 10 days nothing had been emailed to say we have your return and a refund will be actioned so I chased the customer service team. They just told me to wait as it could take 14 days.
I waited a few extra days and chased again and got a frustrating response of send us your returns receipt. I said I didn't have one as it was hermes. So they responded the 11th December saying they would action a refund if I confirmed exactly what was returned. Which I did. Still no refund
And when I email again chasing they emailed saying we haven't had your parcel paid 14 days.
Do they even read their own email responses before replying they don't have a clue.
They still have my money and are not returning it even though I sent the items back almost a month ago
Do NOT use thus company you will never get your money back!!!!!!!

Terrible service. Returned clothes because the sizing was dreadful and then I didn’t receive my refund for a month & half because they ‘forgot’ to process it

I brought some shoes and a top from misguided. I’ve always hear good things about them and they were offering 30% of so thought I’d try them. I paid for next day delivery (as I wanted to wear it the following say) and it was tracked by yodel. I waited in for it and never came. I messaged them the next morning to see where my order was. The lady I spoke to was really nice, polite and helpful on the online chat service. She spoke to yodel and sorted out the problem and it arrived a few hours later. I was really happy with everything that I received and was exactly like it looked on the pictures and descriptions. Only reason for 4* is the delivery mess up.

I've ordered off this website a few times now. They have free delivery every now and then and offers such as now its 50% off. Everything ive ordered has came just as expected and with quick delivery I'm always looking on this site and is the one i trust the most to provide me with what i expected.

Jeg har aldrig modtaget min pakke, på track and trace står der den er modtaget og underskrevet. Når jeg prøver at kontakte dem svarer de ikke, jeg ved nu ikke hvad jeg skal gøre. Dette er dog sidste gang jeg handler hos dem, det er uacceptabelt!
Untrustworthy!
Do not trust this company, shockingly poor service. My teenage daughter placed an order weeks ago and was told it had been dispatched via Hermes-we’re still waiting. Their ‘chat’ service for enquiries is terrible. It doesn’t load and if you finally do chat with someone they fob you off with a different story each time. So, far I’ve spoken to 4 different advisors all who’ve told me a different story ranging from Hermes have lost the order through to it’s been delayed and is being sorted.
My daughter saved hard to place this order and it’s unfair to treat anyone this way. I certainly won’t be letting her or her sister order from them again. I hope their satisfied with ripping a young person out of their money😡

So, I stopped ordering from Misguided due to their horrible customer service. A few days ago, I decided to order a dress from the company, optimistically hoping the service had improved. I am currently almost two weeks post-op from major surgery, so I felt comfortable ordering the item, knowing that if the item was not suitable, I would be able to use the Hermes collection option to return the parcel. When I received the item, it was evident that the item was not for me. I visited the Misguided site, to arrange for a collection. However, the system would not generate a collection time. I contacted Misguided via chat and chatted with Emma. Emma advised me that my item was not eligible for Hermes collection because it was delivered by Yodel. What?? For starters, as a customer, I do not have the choice as to which delivery company Misguided chooses to select to deliver my parcel, secondly, on the Misguided website, Hermes collection is offered as an option, it does not offer a disclaimer that the service is not available if the company decides to use Yodel to deliver parcels. I advised Emma of these concerns, and that I would be unable to travel to the Hermes shop due to my surgery. I further advised that I may be able to get a neighbour to travel to a drop off location at a corner shop maybe a minute away, but that was it. Emma advised that the closest Hermes shop was 8 mins away. I expressed my disgust with the false advertising on Misguided's website; I further explained that customers should not be inconvienced, due to Misguided's decision to stop using Royal mail as a return option and to selectively choose which parcels are eligible for Hermes collection. I requested to communicate with a supervisor. Emma asked me what solution I wanted; and I advised her that Misguided needed to generate the required paperwork for a Hermes collection or if I called for the collection of the parcel, Misguided should reimburse me. Despite my request for a supervisor, Emma immediately claimed that she spoke with her supervisor Sowdha, and was advised that they could not help me, and I would need to travel to a Hermes location. This response is totally unacceptable! The blatant disregard displayed tonight from Emma and Sowdha was totally improper. Misguided's website site provides false information relating to their return options for their customers. The verbiage on the website attempts to give the appearance of returns being hassle free and low risk for customers when in actuality the company wants to make the return process as complex and inconvenient as possible. I will never do business with this company again.
