Great company. I ordered a large cage and loads of accessories from them for my rats. Fast delivery and they let me know straight away if something wasn’t available via email to ask if another item would be ok etc. very happy with the quality of products. Happy ratties = Happy me. Would recommend

Great hammocks. I'm waiting for payday at the moment because the range of options on the website is far too tempting to miss out on! The three-tier hammock in particular looks very nice and has been a firm favourite of my mischief.

Arrived promptly. Packaging was very cute, and safe for pets also. Items are extremely good quality. Highly recommend.

My £300 cage arrived damaged and whilst they initially emailed and apologized promising to resolve the issue asap,over a month and a half later and still nothing has been resolved and no updates have been received since my initial correspondence. My numerous messages and emails are consistently unanswered and ignored. No updates from them at all and I am left with a damaged cage with an unusable metal floor.

I love this company! Amazing quality and very good value. I have ordered from them a few times and have always been delighted.

I ordered a number of items for my 2 bucks for Christmas and was delighted when they arrived well ahead of Christmas day. The quality of the items was great too. A couple of the items I had ordered weren’t available, but they contacted me and we decided they would send a couple of items of similar value, which turned out to be very nice items. I would definitely recommend.

Beautifully made items, I bought a set of hammocks and a climbing nets of my niece. The products are durable and the rats hammock fabric it lovely! I bought the items separately and woukd of ended up paying to postage’s, but MischiefMade contacted me and refunded 1 postage to send out the items together, really outstanding service.

Good website that is easy to use and informative on its products, and fantastic communication in regards to the preorder for the Snugloo! I’m amazed by how well it works too, it really does stay cool for hours and my rats are certainly enjoying having a place to cool off. Super cute covers for the ice packs and a great selection of fabrics!

Wonderful hammocks and amazing, responsive service! I ordered a summer cooling hammock set, along with a pre-order 'Snugloo' in early July. It was a very minor error, but I was sent the wrong fabric for the ice pack sleeve. I happened to reach out to them afterwards with an unrelated question and mentioned it offhandedly, not really expecting anything, but they immediately offered to send out a replacement in the matching fabric at no extra charge. I don't expect small businesses to correct mistakes that small because I know their profit margins are already slim, so the fact that they were immediately offering to do so was above and beyond what I expected. 💚

My ratties adore the hammocks (I've yet to find another seller with such a nice smooth flannel fabric!) and the snugloo has been well-loved during these hot days. Delivery was also swift even despite it being a pre-order. I'd highly recommend and will definitely shop again!
