⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars our property sold but I did struggle to get the support needed once I’d signed up. Felt I was left stranded eg sample offer forms needed and advice on sale agreements etc.
If you are in no hurry to sell and want the challenge (and saving) of self selling it is the way to go. Once the sale has concluded it is most rewarding knowing you did it alone.
I was happy with the price and shared the saving with the buyer.

I used Minus the Agent as I know it works. I did engage an agent to sell the property but we never had any offers after almost 6 months. Agents will advise that buyers dont like dealing with owners, however I have found it the opposite, buyers dont like dealing with agents. If you can be bothered in selling your own property, try Minus the Agent as they supported me throughout the process, helped with creating the ad also. This is the best way to sell because there are no agents fees, aside from the package you select which is a fraction of the price for agents and marketing.

The process of renting out my property was quite intuitive and worked well.

We took the basic package and did our own photos, used our mobile phone camera on panorama. I would advise anyone to sell their own home with Minus the Agent, It was so easy to fill in the forms and add photos and edit. If your not computer savy that's not a problem the staff are so helpful and getting it all done for you. They were incredibly patient with my lack of knowledge and if I did it so can you. We have already recommend to friends and hope you all enjoy using this great site and company. Many thanks to all the staff at Minus the Agent. oh the sign they supply is huge and so easy to see!

An excellent platform to sell your own property with minimum cost, the full package is the best option, their photographer was professional and took excellent photos, the sign boards were great, the team was veryprofessional and helpful in setting up, great job.

We were very happy dealing with "Minus the Agent". Everything except for a few little things were done perfectly. The one thing we had to ask for a "sold" sticker, wenn the company should've known that we had sold. Also, just now I had to ask them to remove our listing as we were still getting performance e-mails sent to us. Other than that, we can't complain. We would use them again. Cheers Kathy

Good service! I had quick access to all the major real estate platforms through a single listing portal. The interface is a bit dated and not the most obvious - but MTA provides quick support via email or phone and they can do the editing for you. I found cheaper prices offering similar packages after buying the basic package with MTA... But all in all, spending $500 to list, a friend took my photos + conveyancing fees is a lot better than $10k + to an agent. The property sold after the first open for about $15k more than we expected, so all in all I'm happy with the outcome.

Very happy that we chose this path when selling our house. It was fast, friendly , efficient & excellent value for money. We have literally saved thousands of dollars by avoiding an estate agent. I was worried about "going it alone" but there's really nothing to it & having now tried it I would do it again in a heartbeat. It is very easy to navigate, changes can be made at anytime & we had heaps of enquiries & got the sale!
