Started off well, new start american company, bought a diver 2.0, to add to my collection, I've several gen high end pieces, been collecting since I bought my explorer in 1992, still got it !

Anyway I ordered a gmt from minus, great watch, issues with bracelet. I have a small wrist, so with the clasp fully adjusted, the back wouldn't sit flush, I contacted Mike, who suggested I remove some of the bracelet, which has pins, not screws
This is not new to me, I have the professional tools to remove pins, however, this did not work, and only partially removed a pin, and destroyed the tool, the watch is unwearable, I am now being ignored by Mike on emails

Well, I took Mike's advice and went to a local jeweller, even with his professional press the links were the most stubborn he's seen, in fact there was one he had to work around because it simply wouldn't move, I now love the watch, I just wonder if Mike will offer to re impulse my taxi fares and jewellers bill

Mike is refunding me £40 which I will donate to the stroke association

I had an excellent experience with minus8watch.com.
I ordered the diver 2.0 in grey on the 25th of last month. I received the watch today, and as a UK customer that's impressive work with only 4 days to hit the UK, and 1 more to being on my wrist.
The watch itself has exceeded all my expectations in terms of quality and craftsmanship. So much so that I will likely buy the same watch in black later in the year!
Communication is superb, better than most companies on my doorstep that I have dealt with.
There was an import charge, however that is out of there hands and solely at the discretion of where you are in the world. I'd like to thank Mike for doing an exceptional job and creating a fantastic Watch.

I erroneously reviewed this company rather poorly by stating the lack of response to a technical problem with a watch I bought from them. In reality it was my fault they could not respond. Somehow we were able to connect, thanks to them, and they immediately resolved my issue with a watch that was already out of warranty...a stellar product I am happy and proud to own. So, to minus8watch; my sincerest apologies, to Brian who helped me get things resolved; you are a a rockstar...and to the team there; you are all all a testament to what a great company should be like. Grazie di cuore!!!

I purchased a Diver 2 with the Titanium grey finish. I have had this watch for about 3 months now. The style is eye catching and unique, and I get quite a few questions about it. The titanium bracelet could be just a bit thicker to make the balance to the case better in my opinion. The Seiko automatic movement is good. I own numerous high end Swiss brands and although this is not in the same league as 6-12k watches I am proud to add it to my collection. I wear it as an everyday watch when I am remodeling homes. I plan to purchase some additional copy’s for my sons.
