Horrible, took my money with no tracking or shipping info

This company is a swindle ! My order since last year has not arrived with no news as to why ! Apparently l am not the only customer to be deceived ……..
Do NOT recommend this site at all !

I ordered a table cover it came in and was all bent looked so cheap saw same one at Walmart for 2.99 I sent it back to get my money back and they said that because of the way I sent it back they can’t refund me. Horrible I will be reporting to bbb!

I placed my order on March 5 2020; I received it on August 20 2020; WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED. AFTER 6 weeks on no merchandise I was told it was on its way. Three weeks later, again, I was told it was in its way. Return policy is “once order is given to ship vendor, refunds are given” Now, I was told the order has been given to ship vendor. Now, instead of issuing a credit, I was given a tracking number.

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I order 7 diamond pens end January and to date have not received anything, not even a tracking number. They keep responding that they will look into it, but then nothing further... this has been going on since June. I am so disappointed as those were gifts for the underprivileged to help them create their own crafts so that they can sustain themselves... real embarrassed and dissapointed and dissatisfied.

I ordered products at the end of April. Didn't get it. I inquired in June as to the status. I got a response that they would look into this for me and let me know where things stand. It's August and after 4 more attempts at a response, I have had no answer or response at all. I inquired again today. But right now, my review is 0 stars.

Omg! I wished I too had looked at the reviews because I ordered the rihinestones with the pens in march and didn't get it until july and before that I got a lot of run a rounds and when I got it the pens was not in there so I contacted them and they are suppose to send the missing item but I'll never order from them again and I'll read reviews first with other companies. They got 1 start cause you had to choose something but they didn't deserve that!. Please keep your money the company is a rip off. The only thing is they are sending me my missing things.

Aug 2020 update: Finally got my order almost 4 months later. One product was broken and while not entirely their fault, their packaging make the breakage almost inevitable. Other products were fine and as advertised. I’m still waiting on refund for the broken order. They do respond to my emails eventually so that’s something. Stay tuned.

*****I’ve been scammed. Just like every other bad review I too, ordered back in April 2020 and was told there might be a delay in receiving my order due to Covid. Well it 3 months later and nothing. I got a tracking number which shows it’s with the airlines since beginning of June. I finally asked for a refund and crickets. Don’t be stupid like me. Walk away.

Sorry this company does not even deserve one star I ordered back in April and still have not received emailed on numerous occasions and no response.. ridiculous

Terrible placed order 1st April received half of order 6 weeks later but still waiting on the other half .I have emailed company many time but no replies. Should have read reviews first because would never have ordered. Doesnt deserve a star but had to put one in to make my review

This company does not deserve 1 star.
I’m very patient & didn’t mind the long delivery wait.
I received an email saying that my phone stand had been delivered. I sent one back saying that I had not received my item. Waited a week & when I’d had no reply sent another email. To be fair to the company they replied, apologising & saying they would look into it & if I’d not heard from them after 2 days to contact them. I waited 4 days before contacting them asking for their help. I waited another week, they replied sending me the same email that I’d received before. I sent another email asking for a full refund, still waiting to hear from them.
I am a pensioner & do not have money to waste.

Deserves a zero star rating... ordered in April, still has not arrived! They refuse to email me back or return my money!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. In fact it deserves minus infinity.
I bought the so-called "stand-up charging cables." They took weeks to arrive and when they finally did, I wish they had got lost in the post.
Not only can't the cables stand up, the plastic surrounding the actual cable plug is so stiff, it won't stay in the socket.
I can't tell you strongly enough to avoid this company like the plague.

I waited for 3months for a stand up mobile phone charger that I was hoping to use for at home teaching purposes.It finally arrived today - no invoice or details. So I plugged my phone in - unlike the misleading pictures they suck you in with it could not hold up a phone and the charger piece immediately snapped off - an absolute piece of rubbish and more waste for the planet - I feel so stupid for ordering from this absolute SCAM of a company

Ordered something and still hasnt arrived - appeared i've been duped. DOnt order anything off this site

#BEWARE# COMPLETE RIP OFF! Ordered a bottle of bass make up at least 3 months ago and nothing. Went back to the website to check the tracking and wouldn't you know the website was gone.SCREW THEM!!!

Whoever gave this business or "ripoff" was woefully generous. I purchased two phone holders based on their blatant lying advertisement. When I tell you it went from the box to the garbage "instantly". I have never been that deceived on purchasing an online product to this extent..EVER. I'm willing to go so far as to say that they used another products pictures and marketing words to sell this misrepresentation of a product. Save ALL OF YOUR MONEY whether its $1, $3, or $5.

Bought a phone holder for the car. Flimsy, cheap and phone always falls off. Took 2 months to arrive from China. Wish I had read reviews. Do not buy from this site MintyParadise or its partners😡How do we avoid Chinese sellers?

This company has at last three names/presentations. All have poor marks and zero trust. She Swish is another of them.

I ordered and once I finally received a shipment notice the tracking number was false. I asked them to clarify and got no response. I asked again and got the same false shipment information. I raised a complaint at Paypal and they sent another different shipping number which also shows up false.

Walk away.
