Do not subscribe to this company. I had been a long time subscriber, but the jewelry has progressively gotten worse in quality. Finally I received damaged jewelry, and decided that it was time to cancel the service. They still charged for another month. I reached out to customer service and they told me that they would send the packet I paid for and replace the damaged piece. This has been months and months and I still have received neither. I’ve been told it was sent at least twice. They re-verified my address (even though no shipment ever had a problem getting to me). They assured me it was sent (again). This was over a month ago.
They are fraudulent and incompetent. And the owner sends a Bible verse with each order.
You just can’t make this stuff up.

I subscribed years ago and we loved everything. I recently subscribed my adult daughter as a gift. First, she never got her free package for the intro for 9.00, but the next 3 months at 19.99 she did. I did contact them to change the address, no response. A couple of days ago, went to check on the store to see if I could communicate with her. The store is now gone... so looks like she went out of business. If you have recurring payments be sure to check if you got charged!

I used to love this company, but lately they've gone downhill. When I first subscribed, I was promised several rewards as time went on (leading up to a lifetime subscription after 36 months). They changed the rewards system partway through my first subscription, offering discounts over time and free products every few months.

This has not been the case. Since my subscription renewed, I have not gotten a single bonus gift as promised. I have reached out multiple times about this with no response. Additionally, the company neglected to give me multiple months of my subscription, and they've repeated designs in the months they have sent. Customer service has been minimally responsive at best.

Helena (the owner) refused to respond to my emails after telling me she would send me replacements for 3 renewal charges that I never received jewelry for. The website is faulty and sends me in circles and getting someone to contact you is nearly impossible. I DO NOT recommend this subscription. It says on the website she's a "Jesus loving momma" so you'd think stealing from her customers wouldn't be on the agenda.

Always come back when I have the extra money! The personal touches make it more meaningful. Love the packaging (with the cutest wax stamped logo)!

I have been a customer for MintMONGOOSE for several years now. Getting this subscription is like getting Christmas gifts each month because this bag is packed full of some of the most beautiful, unique and amazing quality Jewerly ever and it’s so cute! The creators of the Jewerly pieces have such great ideas because it’s pieces that is hard to find anywhere else plus it’s affordable too! I also get the T shirt subscription they add in with the Jewerly and they are such soft great quality T’s. I hope to be able to get this subscription for the rest of my life!

My bestie told me about this so I signed up for a single month subscription at first because I was kinda unsure, but when I got it in the mail, I was HOOKED. It's just so pretty! Everything from the elegant packaging down to the jewelry itself. Honestly, the best part of the package to me wasn't necessarily the jewelry (although it was gorgeous), but it was the little postcard that came with it talking about the inspiration behind this set. About made me cry. Love this jewelry subscription!!!

I have been a customer of mintMONGOOSE for over one year and I have loved every set she has created. What is so awesome about her business is each monthly set is unique and she creates the design based off her real life experiences! There is also a t-shirt subscription you can get if you are already a subscriber of the monthly jewelry sets and the t-shirt is designed to go with the jewelry set! So cute of a combo!

I have been a customer of mintmongoose for 3 years and LOVE my monthly sets! They are a true highlight to my month. I love that they are inspired by real-life experiences by the owner, but that she makes those stories relatable to everyone. I never feel like I'm just wearing jewelry when I have my mintmongoose pieces on, instead I'm reminded of my own experiences and all of my sets in my vast collection have a special meaning to me. Thanks for doing what you do!

I have subscribed to this box for over a year now. I feel that their customer service is very responsive. Their products are fashion jewelry and you can choose your finish and change at any time. The pieces I get are simple and elegant and are great for everyday wear, and by the time I am tired of them the next set has arrived!

Items are nice and price is good but I wasn’t aware I was signing up and committed for 12 months so read carefully before choosing.
That said, you can delay in order to budget.
Looking forward to the next one.

The jewelry is cute. I accepted my offer through the Miles app, it was for one month free only pay shipping, I used 5 miles to redeem this award. It said on the website that you could cancel anytime as long as you didn't select a recurring subscription. I choose the cheapest offer & didn't think much of it. Somehow I've been locked into a subscription anyways and even though I "succeeded in canceling it isn't effective for another 11 months" because i used subscription pricing to get a good deal (i don't remember the exact wording that was used). That is incorrect, i used the rewards & my miles in the miles app to get a good deal! Now i have to cancel my card & pray they don't have a contract with visa to update all my new future card info. Honestly, i probably would have kept paying for it too if they didn't try & trick me into it like this.
