Please do not purchase the Minatour Trading bot. This company wrote an excuse and still didn’t try to offer support.. They are a farce a joke .. and seriously NEVER took any responsibility of tried to offer a call or support to help me make money with the system they sold me .. I am 65 yr old on a fixed income.. this didn’t move them to perform.. and show that their system and their company wants their purchasers to Make Money … No they didn’t do anything but try to clean up their own reputation.. Too late for that … I’m reporting them to BBB

Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any bookings from you, and on the few occasions where calls were set, there were times we found you were unable to join or didn’t attend. It’s also important to clarify the nature of the program you enrolled in. You selected our Accelerator Course, which, as outlined in the initial terms, is focused on training modules with limited support features. The elite program, which you were not registered for, includes a more extensive support package with one-on-one guidance and other personalized benefits. Although you were in the Accelerator Course, we went beyond the usual support boundaries by offering calls to assist you when you raised concerns. I left a review last month complaining about poor customer service and a failure to provide the product I paid for. I am writing again to update my situation with Minotaur Trading Systems.
After my review, Daniel from Minotaur reached out to rectify the situation and has been nothing short of fantastic in his follow-up and desire to make things right. I have been given access to the program I paid for and look forward to experiencing the returns I have read from other posts on Trustpilot.
I will leave another update on the performance once I have a chance to complete my setup and deploy the algorithms.

As an "organic" source you don't appear to be a verified user. So this is most likely a spam/bot fake review as a client you would be verified. And if you qualified for a review - you would have received one as that is our policy and if you were a client you would have read and signed it.
Avoid this place like a plague
Avoid this place like a plague. Make sure to do your thorough research before giving a platform a try. A major scam is going on here so its better to avoid them to avoid falling victim. I will make sure to avoid future contacts with them. I have decided to use solely echelonis elitus for my investment venture as they are the only firm that ensure their clients get paid . They are truly deserving of all the positive comments they are getting.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Minotaur Trading Systems promised a refund within a few days, but it's been weeks, and I’m still waiting. Each time I contact them, I get a different excuse or am told the issue will be escalated, but nothing happens. This level of service is unacceptable for any business, let alone one dealing with people's finances. The lack of accountability and transparency is alarming. I regret ever doing business with them and would caution others to think twice before investing.

It’s pretty surprising to see you label Minotaur Trading Systems as a “scam” when you received the product you ordered and then simply changed your mind. We processed your refund as requested, so claiming we’re running a scam is not only incorrect but also misleading.
If there were any delays, it was due to standard processing times, which we’ve been transparent about in our communication. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out, but please keep it factual. Accusing us of “scamming” isn’t just unfair—it’s baseless.
Very disappointing
Their website is a nightmare to navigate, full of glitches and errors. I tried to complete a simple transaction, but the system kept crashing. When I reached out for help, the customer service was not only slow but also unprofessional. They didn’t seem to know how to resolve the technical issues I was facing. This is not what I expected from a supposedly reputable trading firm. The whole process has been a waste of time and effort. Very disappointing.

The accumulator has closed over 44…
The accumulator has closed over 44 deals for me on super high frequency settings 9.3% in about 10 days. Working really well and the software makes it easy to track the PnL whichis good I check just once a day.
