Ich hab das ziemlich neue ayaneo Produkt damals gekauft. Alles ziemlich langwierig aber verständlich. Bei fed Ex abgeholt aufgemacht dann doch ein wenig enttäuscht alles Einzel mit billig Polster verpackt und keine original Verpackung wie auf der ayaneo Hauptseite und auf der xpc Seite angezeigt worden ist. Abgesehen davon waren ziemlich erkennbare Risse an der aussenhülle des Kun. Ziemlich enttäuschend und wäre es nicht in China würde ich es definitiv zurückschicken. Also immerhin hat das Gerät noch funktioniert aber nochmal da bestellen würde ich nie wieder.

Excellent mini pc & service
The mini pc I bought (Chatreey IT12 Mini PC 12th Intel Core i9 12900H) is amazing and very small, just right for the needs of an office where we don't want bulky machines to appear. The service was perfect, the company answered all my questions before the purchase and the product arrived in safe packaging and very quickly (from China to Greece in 8 working days). Thank you very much for the excellent service.

Before I ordered I had doubts about its authenticity. They were totally unfounded. I have spoken to Bella at customer services many times during the order and the replies were not only fast but humbled me in their kindness and help. This company is genuine and I have no hesitation in saying one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. Still in shock on how good they have been

There was a special offer so I bought two. The price suddenly changed from £51.90 to £81.24. Numerous emails to the company just brought irrelevant replies.
I have now been told that the price increase was due to the change in sterling to US dollars . If so the the price should have reduced by a few cents! The current offer has increased online to £69.30.
I hate being taken for an idiot. Exchange differences in 2 days. RUBBISH.
NOT AN HONEST COMPANY SO BEWARE!!!!!

Tobin and the customer service team were excellent. Highly communicative and answered all of my questions / concerns within a reasonable timeframe. Product arrived as expected (though it seems the tamper seal was cut… take a video when you unbox your shipment).
